Kouzina cafe Gyros & Subs at Cool Springs — Restaurant in Brentwood

Legit, I love my gyro’s and this place is a breath of fresh air for the area. Nice, clean, small shop tucked away in Cool Springs and they pack some flavor.

Ignore the mid-eaten food as a photo, I stopped eating to write this I was loving this sandwich so much.

Fresh veggies, this is the Philly lamb with lettuce tomato and jalapeños added and it might be the best euro I’ve had in years.

We got gyros, fries, and falafel and it was incredible! Everything was made fresh to order and tasted amazing. The owner was also incredibly friendly and gracious. The drink that came with the meal was from the soda machine and it was flat. But the owner specifically asked if the drink was okay because his CO2 vendor couldn't come until the end of the day. We ate here tonight and it was all so fresh and delicious! I had the falafel combo (with salad) and my husband had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries.
