âYou look great, for having three kids,â If I heard it one more time I thought I just might punch the well intended person in the face. I hated a disclaimer on the end of that compliment. I wanted to look great period.
I had worked out for years! I had my people I worked out with. I worked out post baby-pregnant-post baby. I woke up before the sun, while the rest of my family slept and dragged myself to an exercise class 5-6 days per week. (I was NOT getting enough sleep). I worked hard and enjoyed the workouts, but I was getting nowhere, no real results.
Then I found Faster Fitness. This place was like nothing I had tried before. Members set goals and coaches help in reaching them. There are heavy weights and high intensity metabolic drills. Training here means less time in the gym with better results. They are simply more efficient and effective!
Then this fall all three of my kids started school, the same school, all in full day. It was GO time. I affectionately referred to it as my âMommy New Year Challenge.â My coaches knew my plan. The answered all my questions along the way and provided a ton of support and encouragement. I lost 8 lbs body fat mass (5% bodyfat) over 7 weeks. âŠ...Then I turned 40 (donât tell anyone). I wanted to give it one more big push over the next 3 weeks. I lost an additional 3+ lbs body fat while simultaneously adding weight to all my major lifts.
I am leaner and stronger than I have been in my life. And it feels Great!! Could I have done it alone? Not a chance. Having the support of my FasterFam was critical.

   Read moreI have never been a "fit" person, even when I was playing sports in high school and college. I've always hated traditional workouts - put me on a treadmill and I'm bored within a few minutes. In my search of finding SOMETHING that I'd stick with, I was referred to Faster Fitness by another instructor. I was hesitant to try it out but figured since they gave two weeks free to try it, I didn't have anything to lose. Almost a year later and I'm still there, so clearly they're doing something right. Gyms (and trainers) can sometimes be intimidating but that's not the case at Faster Fitness. Greg immediately made me feel like a regular (he's big on nicknames - everyone has one) and the small classes (max 12) he's always able to check my form and correct it, if needed, or push me to do more than I probably would on my own. Faster Fitness isn't just a gym/training center, though. Marshall has helped me figure out the best way to see the most progress (through diet, sleep, supplements, whatever else you might need) and is always available if I have questions or issues. Between the workout and nutritional help, I've seen a significant improvement in my other fitness areas and have gotten leaner and fitter and feel better about myself overall.    Read moreFaster Fitness was everything I needed and more. There are so many things that make this program so incredible but I'll only list a few. First, the trainers; Marshall, Greg and David are amazing. They know what they're doing, they know why you're there, and all they want to do is help you get to where you want to be. They'll never look at you the wrong way when you don't know how to do something or when you have a question to ask.....they are literally there to help you and motivate you every single day. Beyond the trainers, the entire Faster Fitness family is amazing. Everyone is there for the same reasons, so everyone's there to help motivate each other to reach those goals and it's the most positive atmosphere which makes it so much better. The flexibility FF offers is what makes it so awesome too. It's so nice to be able to schedule my classes on a day to day basis through one simple app. Sometimes I can go in the morning, sometimes late evening, sometimes in the middle of the day....whatever works best for me works for them which is so great to have so many options. Last, I don't know how anyone couldn't succeed with this program. I did the six week challenge, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only am I down in weight, 5.6 pounds down in JUST fat, and up in muscle....but that all happened in just 6 weeks!!!!
