I can’t believe I’ve been driving past this place for so long thinking it was a hotel... But today I actually read the sign (go me), and wow, I’m so glad we stopped!! The food was shockingly delicious. Everything we got was A1 & that was even before the THC drink kicked in (and you know how that stuff makes everything taste next-level). Goes to show how good this place really is! Now for the fun part: my friend got one of those THC drinks (because of course he did), and somehow I forgot my I.D & it mysteriously spilled into my drink. Don’t ask me how, don’t ask me why-all I know is I went home full, laughed more than I have in years, and had a nap that was practically spiritual.😂 🤣 The waitress was super sweet and polite & made us feel right at home. And just in case you didn't know, you’re doing a solid job! This place has good vibes and even better food. Definitely coming back. I didn't get any pictures of the food but believe me when I say everything was visually attractive to my eyes but here is a picture of me enjoying my time here. Thank you again! 🫶🏾

Kosta's Restaurant is a delightful escape from the usual American fare. Whenever I crave flavors reminiscent of my hometown, Varna, Bulgaria, I always choose Kosta's. The Spanakopita & Gyro, paired with their Greek salad, are absolutely my favorites. The establishment cleverly offers two sections: a spacious dining area at the front, perfect for hosting large gatherings or renting for events, and a cozy bar at the back. Both areas have their own bars but serve the same delectable menu. Parking is never an issue, and the staff consistently impresses with their warmth and friendliness.

Our first time here, because we wanted something different. Our waitress, Dawn, was very nice. We ordered Spanakopata first and 2 lamb Gyros. Everything was delicious. The lamb was a little overcooked for my liking, but it was so good. The tzaziki sauce was yummy and full of flavor. We were too full from lunch to have dessert, so we took some baklava to go. My only disappointment with this Greek place, was that it was more American than anything else. The only other Greek item that I saw, was the Mousaka. When we go back, and we'll be back, I'll try that.

We went to Kosta’s this afternoon to “try again”, around 2 PM. This was after walking out on two prior occasions due to extremely poor service. One of those two times, we watched people sit next to us, order, get food, pay and leave, before even being asked what we wanted (menus in-hand). This time was no different, although we hoped it would be better.

This time, we waited over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by a waitress and it wasn’t very busy at all (empty tables, half empty bar). The acknowledging waitress didn’t even handle our table/order after that- it was a different one. The other one did come back, but only to deliver our check. We considered walking out again before ordering, as we had a bad feeling it would be the same thing as the last two times… We were really giving these guys the benefit of the doubt though.

We ordered waters and I asked for a coffee. I finally received the coffee after reminding the waitress about it. It arrived just before our meals… which showed up 40 minutes after we sat down (30 minutes after ordering). During this time, I watched these same two waitresses check in on two different tables every few minutes. We weren’t checked on at all. Had we been checked on, I would have reminded them about my coffee and maybe received it sooner.

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, which I was assured was no problem ordering, even though it wasn’t technically on the menu (it previously had been). When it came out, it was made with pizza sauce (no BBQ) and was asked if I wanted it remade- to which I said yes. I asked for it in a to-go box, as we were done here. 54 minutes in, the pizza arrived correct- but it was very hastily slapped together. To the point that everything slid off the slices when picking them up and required a fork to eat. It was also on a plate, with no to-go box. I feel like if you are getting a meal corrected, it should be pretty perfect the second time, but maybe I’m wrong?

After 1 hour and some minutes since first sitting down, the to-go box finally arrived with our check. The waitress kindly took 50% off my pizza, but that seemed like “too little, too late”. Total time in restaurant- 1 hour, 13 minutes.

Our waters were never refilled and we were never asked if we wanted more. It was just simply ignored much like us the entire time. Between all of these issues, along with a table that rocked a full 4” side to side and freezing temps at our table… it goes without saying we won’t be “trying again”, probably for eternity. Three strikes...

I've heard so many good things about Kosta's & finally had the chance to try it Saturday, April 12th, while taking my mother out to lunch. The parking lot was half full but the dining area was near empty. We were immediately greeted & shown to a table. It was only several minutes of waiting before our server greeted us & asked us our drink orders. We waited awhile before our drinks came & once they did, they were great (old fashioned & espresso tini). We then put in our app & entree orders. Our app was the bacon wrapped scallops which arrived to our table at a reasonable time & tasted alright. That app was 15.99 for 4 bacon wrapped scallops. Okay I guess, but the good experience stopped there. Our server said our entrees would be another few minutes, then came back again after several minutes & said it would be a little longer. We both ordered side Caesar salads & those came to us just 4 or 5 minutes before our entrees arrived. I ordered "surf & turf" medium on the steak (10oz ribeye with 6 "grilled" shrimp) my mother ordered the bourbon steak tips well done. My steak was gray. No pink & tasted off in a rancid way. Half of the steak was an unrendered fat cap with a tough gristle line through the rest. The thinnest ribeye I've ever seen. The shrimp were not grilled but instead pan seared & way too long on one side. Rubbery & zero flavor. My mother's steak tips were extremely fatty, but the sauce tasted good at least. She had a side of mashed potatoes that were cold & had random pieces of corn in it... she ordered a second espresso tini just for us to wait an additional 20 minutes & our server saying the bartender never made it & asking if we wanted it still. We said no, check please. We were not checked on much for the entire lunch (an hour & half +) we brought the check to the front counter to pay & leave. $100 (before tip) lunch for two... with a near empty dining room. Wish it had lived up...

Service, slow but very friendly. Prices fair. But when it comes to beef tips it's hard to screw up. Half of them were overcooked, and the other half was rancid. I've never left a restaurant and immediately gone to get pepto before today. The vegetable medley was also half cooked and half cold and raw. The only thing I liked about the place was the one drink I had, the Zeus Juice. When bringing up the issues to the manager to make her aware she was initially friendly, but was quick to insinuate that I was just trying to get a free meal. I was comped for the meal eventually but only after I said I would just pay for it. I put the price of the meal into the tip for the waitress. And I will never be going there again. Ever. As an end note edit in response to the owners reply on here. To clear it up for him, of the 5 steak tips I received I had eaten 3. 2 were overcooked but fine. It was the first piece that I questioned at first and the 4th piece that confirmed it and only took a small bite of which i then spit back out. And as for the rest of the meal, I barely touched it. So my eating 90% of them is a generous estimation you've made. Very generous. It wasn't just my steak tips as well. It was that of the other individual at the table who also had the steak tips. I will give you kudos tho. The other two who ordered fish said that they enjoyed it for...
