If you are looking for good food and service, look no further! We stumbled upon this lovely restaurant in Brewster whist visiting Cape Cod. Tired, hot and with two hungry children (teenager and a 'tween'), we were served promptly and with a smile. All dishes arrived at the same time, despite some of our awkward requests, and you could see as well as taste the freshness of ingredients. I had the fish sandwich (super fresh, real potato fries, crunchy salad) and the home made onion soup and was in culinary heaven. Not a bad word from anybody else in our party! I thought the cost was comparable to other restaurants in the area but the quality was much higher. The bonus is its location, a few minutes away from the beach, where we saw one of the most spectacular sunsets ever! There is an adjacent drinking place that we did not visit. A definitive must if visiting Cape Cod.

Dining at the Brewster Inn is like a trip back to a simpler time, a genuine example of ‘Olde Cape Cod’ that traces its roots to the mid-1800’s. Locals fill the seats around the antique mahogany bar and dining room with historical photos on the walls. The menu is tried and true New England fare, filled with satisfying seafood, meat and sandwich options, all done well at affordable prices. The clam chowder is rich and creamy. The turkey club is a classic with house roasted sliced turkey. Same goes for their tender Longhorn roast beef wrap. Tasty burgers are cooked out back on a grill. Daily specials will surprise with dishes like pizza, moussaka, falafel, and other Mediterranean fare. And the warm, friendly service never disappoints. Slow down, go savor a meal, and soak up the old fashioned charm and history at the Brewster Inn & Chowder House.

Down here on a long weekend from the North Shore. Absolutely amazing restaurant. The atmosphere, service, quality of food and drink are second to none. Our 2 daughters have food allergies and they accommodated them with ease. Our server George was Top Shelf all around. Best Crock of French Onion I have ever had, the flatbreads were amazing, and the martinis were to die for. When we received the tab it was very reasonable. Looking to come back tomorrow for seconds!

Would leave 0/5 stars if possible. From the moment my family and I stepped foot into this establishment I had a bad feeling in my stomach and we should have just left. We made a reservation in the morning but after we arrived it took about 20 minutes for our table to be ready after a rude waitress made a passive aggressive comment about not even having reservations (so I’m not sure who we spoke with on the phone- very unorganized) even though there was barely anybody in the restaurant. After sitting down the waitress passed us about three times saying she would be to our table in a minute and didn’t come to take our order until 20 minutes after. Food was way below average and not worth the price. Do not recommend and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was very...
