Obviously right now you can only order outside. They automatically put the ice cream in a cup with the cone on top. The kids got the cotton candy, and we ordered the purple cow and the coconut cheesecake brownie. Single scoop. With social distancing we did not sit at the ice cream shop but right next door we sat on the benches at the marketplace. This was the second time that we came here always in excellent choice!

Ordering is done from the side of the building now. If you get a cone, they will put it in cup anyways so they don't have to have any contact. Ice cream was rich and creamy. There are a few parking spots but not many.

The ice cream is excellent, the location is good, BUT that's it! Portions are way too small and the help seem to be untrained in sanitary procedures. Handling money when your hands are sticky with ice cream and then going to help the next customer without , at least, rinsing the hands is disgusting. Brewster Scoop, TRAIN YOUR HELP and up your portions! The small should be the size of your medium and offer a kiddie portion. I am a...

Very disappointing. Went to the Scoop a few times this season. Each time there were only two people working! I don't know why the service has deteriorated this season. Only one person was taking orders while ONE person was filling orders. The pickup order waiting area was jammed. We love the ice cream and the workers were nice, but they need more staff! Wait time...
