To start off our server was great, she refilled our drinks and checked on us frequently. So let me tell you why this place dosent even deserve a star. We get in and it honestly just looks like a sad square room with awful seating arrangements. We are sat in the middle of the restaurant nobody near us. We order the $10 aps and our chips come out completely stale can’t even crunch. As we were about to tell the server and request new chips if possible which we felt bad doing i feel not 1 but multiple drops on me. There is water leaking on my head from the ceiling so i move to a diffrent spot of the table. The manager recognized the drip and played it off as condensation…it was a leak. And clearly it’s a recurring unfixed problem since he was lurking around that spot and played it off. We order our main meals which were absolutely terrible, i mean for a place that has wings in the name you think they would be good? The buffalo wasn’t buffalo it was an awful spice. I love spicy food i could honestly probably drink buffalo if i had to and be fine but this was a gross spicy taste oh and it was cold. It was like they fished out frozen food from a dumpster and reheated it in a microwave. We ended up getting togo boxes and threw the food out. Absolutely a waste of money. I never have a problem with food places and if i do i am the most respectful and would rather be quiet than speak up if there is a slight problem with my food but this was just absurd. Oh and when we asked to split the bill the server tried to split the 10 dollar appitizer 5 and 5 which is completely okay and wasn’t our doing i even offered to just cover the appitizer but a nasty blonde server probably around 20 smt tall and skinny ish came over to her and was talking shIt about us splitting $5 each…Other than her our one waitress was great and i don’t blame her because none of it was her problem and i’d be miserable too if i...
Read moreOrdered food on a Tuesday night to be picked up at 6:30 got there at 6:25 and told the food wasn't ready and we'd have to wait, no big deal. Then they told us to wait by the bar, okay sure. We ended up standing at the bar for 30 minutes waiting for our food that we pre ordered at least an hour or 2 before. That was annoying but didn't set us over the edge. So then we get home and realize one of our wing boxes was missing. I don't know if they thought they got them all because one order was half one sauce half another sauce so they were in 2 different boxes I don't know I never go here. They forgot my friends whole 12 pack of wings. So we call and asked if we could get another order and this is when the manager decided to say I bagged that myself I know I put them in there. This was absolutely insane because why would I waste 30 minutes standing around waiting for my food just to go home and waste more time to drive back there to fix your mistake? Accusing us of lying about the order not being in the bag is actually crazy. She could've just said I'm sorry and that would've been it. Then my friends go back to pick it up and were given an EXPIRED coupon (which we didn't even ask for any compensation) that could be used 5-7pm only weekdays and was like $5 off or something. Read moreManager had his face in his phone and didn’t move an inch when my party of 3 walked in just before noon on a Wednesday. No one aside from one customer was in the dining room. We stood there about 3 minutes before the server appeared and sat us. Manager still never moved - no greeting; nothing, despite being the only one there upon entry. The server was friendly enough, gave us our menus, then disappeared another few minutes before returning for our drink orders (again- there was literally only one other customer there). Drinks took another few minutes. Food came out in a timely fashion, and was fine. The boneless wings are essentially balls of fried bread with a nugget of meat inside. Options on the chicken and fries were a good size My husband got the chicken tenders which were better than the boneless wings that my daughter and I both got. Server disappeared after delivering our meal, finally returning to see if we were ready for our check (we were). The signature TVs all over the dining room were silent until they finally kicked on about 10 minutes into our stay, at a volume so loud we could barely hear each other in the empty dining room. There was absolutely nothing inviting or enjoyable about this experience. Nothing was truly horrible, but I’d have enjoyed myself more all around at a Wendy’s and for a fraction of the price.
