Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brick Township

Very unfriendly woman behind the counter today. Very inconsistent experience since yesterday everyone was very nice.

A month or so ago they had a promotion, buy a refillable cup and get refills (hot or iced) for $1.49 until April 30th. They've been accepting it for Coolatta Iced coffees and I've been getting them and paying the $1.49. Today a different woman behind the counter insisted that I'd have to pay full price because Coolatta isn't iced coffee. It seems like iced coffee to me and the other Dunkin employees. The medium iced coffee and Coolatta are the same regular price but she insisted that doesn't matter. She was so unfriendly (definitely not a people person) that I'll never go back there again. The Dunkin store is about two blocks from my house and Starbucks is about eight blocks further but I'll walk the extra distance to get...

I am so glad that Stephanie is back here working but unhappy she is not working on Monday, the store when Stephanie is working is ALWAYS opened on-time even earlier and everything is out and ready to go. I'm on a tight schedule for work can't wait around much in the morning and when Stephanie is not working I have to try and find another place to stop and get coffee I can't wait around until 4:40 or later for the store to open. Hopefully the owner reads this review and puts her back to working on Mondays. Stephanie is such a great asset to this DD and I'll hate to go to a different store...

Don’t waste your time going there at 430 am the regular girl who opened the store isn’t there anymore and now they have a person who gets there at 430 am goes inside locks the door and disappears for 15 minutes before he opens the door so now me and the other people who used to go there in the morning stopped going cus we don’t have the time to wait for someone to open the store 15 minutes late and now we have to go to a different location that actually opens on time cus we can’t afford to show up to work late every morning because this guy doesn’t feel like he needs to...
