Joe's Bagel and Grill — Restaurant in Brick Township

Well if you want your order constantly wrong just come to this location. Of all the locations I don't even know how this one still operates. Unfortunately it's the closest to karate and convenient when waiting there to order. I have given way too many chances. I have had at least one thing happen every single time. order wrong, something missing, or not even made at all sitting there waiting like a fool while everyone else gets their orders. I call to place an order and they are all standing there talking but ignoring the phone. Friends at the counter just hanging out while orders are not put through to the cook. It was never like this but recently like the last 5 months it has been terrible. I never say anything and always just keep coming back hoping things will get better but they don't. This time they forgot 2 things. And my sons sandwich is swimming in grease and oil(pictures below) the sandwich is not even edible. The other sandwich we asked for extra cheese on the fresh mozzarella. I didn't get extra so went back in and asked for it and it was put on. If you look at the picture closely you can see the orginal geez put on was not fresh mozzarella but processed slices and the extra put on was fresh....

Honestly I want to love this place because I enjoy their bagels, but the staff is absolutely miserable and the man who seems to own the location or manages it is maybe the least friendly person I have ever met: he’s rude, doesn’t greet you and will just snap “what can I get for you” at you at the register, and makes you feel like you’re both causing him a great deal of inconvenience and like you might end up in a weird random fight over a bagel you want to buy lol. There’s maybe one nice person in that entire building, and I avoid this location like the plague as a result. There are truly SO many great bagel places around that it’s just not worth the bad experience and bad vibes. Go literally anywhere else and make your dollars matter to a small local business that isn’t going to treat you like garbage and mess up your morning - just my two cents while I’m on my way to Silverbay Bagels despite this place technically being closer to my...

Very unhappy with the customer service. I waited close to 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, 1 bagel with butter, and two regular bagels. As I sat, I watched every single employee stand around and talk to each other, doing absolutely nothing. The place is nearly empty, and therefore I expect my food at a reasonable speed. This place will certainly not last long making people wait like this. I heavily reccomend finding literally any other bagel store that actually has people doing their jobs, instead of the one girl I watched reading a magazine nearly 15 minutes after I placed my order.

On a side note, the food turned out not to be worth waiting for. For that amount of time, I expect the absolute best, and this place delivered sub par food.
