Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I had stopped going to this dunkin years ago but it was the closest to my husband's job so he stopped to get me a drink today .. i was on the phone when he clearly ordered a caramel creme frozen coffee. He didnt know what it was supposed to look like and once he got home, I instantly noticed- my drink is wrong. He was given a plain frozen coffee with whipped cream. So both cost the same- 5.59 because frozen coffee is 5.09 and whipped cream is 50 cents but didnt get ANY caramel. Like at the least, couldnt have made it a caramel frozen coffee? So I reminded him this is why we stopped going to this dunkin' years ago. They have never done my drinks right. Sadly we live over 30 minutes away and i noticed too close to closing time to be able to go all the way back to fix it. Avoid this dunkin if you want anything outside of the generic...

Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Three times I have tried to patronize this location (because of their proximity to my job) and never have they been able to fulfill my order. I couldn't get an iced coffee on my first visit; no frozen chocolate on my second; and no decaf hot coffee on my third. In all cases, the clerks indicated they didn't have any of those items available. I have communicated my frustration to corporate Dunkin Donuts, but nothing improves. My visits are always in the afternoon, but that is no reason not to have regular drink items available. If you don't want to do business, then close...

I just left this location with a frozen ham and cheese croissant stuffer that should have been hot. When it's not one thing is the other with Dunkin' Donuts. Endorsement from here on I guess Starbucks is my new place. One thing I can say is if people do not have work values at a place like Dunkin' Donuts you will not have them either at any other position or...
