KFC North Main Street Bridgeport around 1:30pm. I had a horrible experience there Sunday March 13th 2022. The customer service with a particular employee is unacceptable! When I tried to place my order; she kept telling me that she couldn't hear me which is understandable with the mask and glass partition but she kept asking me to repeat even as I spoke louder. An employee on break sitting in the dining area heard what I said and repeated to the person helping behind the counter. I said to her I couldn't understand why your co-worker could hear me but you couldn't. Then she got upset and said with this glass partition it's hard to hear. Ok, she went on to ask what kind of chicken after I said to her 8 pc crispy. She again said in a loud tone and you can see her facial expression as she's getting upset. I said mixed. Pretty much we both asked at the same time could your co-worker sitting in the dining area assist me. To make a long story short. The employee is still going on about how she couldn't hear me while packing my food. After her co-worker gave me my meal. I checked both boxes and in one of the boxes the chicken leg was pulled apart and very small. I asked for another one and by that time another customer walked in pretty much hearing her complain and so forth; he said to me I wouldn't let the employee mad with me pack my food! I said to the other customer I know! By this time another employee walked up from the back and this young lady is still going on which really made me upset! In all my years of working have I ever been disrespected by an employee like this and I work retail myself! She told me to leave her store! I should have immediately asked for my money back! I will never return to the KFC on North Main or possibly because of that...

The order Re routed to Waterbury ct . Pulled Money from my account and when I went to switch it to the location I was waiting at phone off the hook , doors locked mind you it’s 9:25 pm they close at 10 pm. No one would even acknowledge me it’s as if I were Casper the ghost . At that point I called the help line talked to someone very nice and. She said I’ll give you your money back … in 1-3 business days just great now if that was the last 34$ on the card I’d be screwed. ! When she then asked “ is there anything else I can help you with”? I replied yes … ummmm I’d like to get my order now . Her response - oh I’m sorry I can’t help you with that ! Wait … what?? Typical this is exactly why America is lagging . Terrible terrible and lazy workforce. It’s a huge problem not just with the Colonel but everywhere . What I experienced and witnessed this evening was deplorable . Management at this location is clearly zero . I dislike negative reviews and writing one as it’s a rarity for me to write a bad one , but when problems exist that are this egregious and willful well then it’s time to call them out on it ! Read moreLet’s just say it’s safe to say we need to close both the KFC’s in Bridgeport… I ordered online get there Main Street location today because last I went to Boston Ave HORRIBLE ANYWAYS I placed an order online for main st gets there my 16pc chicken the broke it down to half original half crispy which I didn’t ask for the chicken was suppose to come with 4 pieces of each chicken I get home they gave me a bucket of thighs some soggy ass fries that seemed to been cooked 10 hrs prior NO BISCUITS where I was suppose to get 8 I ordered a half gallon juice they gave us 4 sodas instead.
