La Fonda Restaurant — Restaurant in Bridgeport

There is a short lady in this place that has no manners and no customer service. I was helping my aunt deliver food (She works for Uber) for this place through UBER EATS and while we went there to pick up food for one of these restaurant's customer I needed to use the restroom real quick and this lady had the GUTS to tell me I couldn't use the restroom because I was not a customer, ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? who's delivering the food for you? then she proceeded to say that I work for Uber not for her, OH YES? SO you telling me that all these people that go there to pick up for for your customers through UBER, DOORDASH OR GRUBHUD are not allow to use your restroom if they needed to? then simple I will never take another order that has to do with this restaurant because remember you just say it, I don't work for you. Besides that she has no customer service manners and that she is in the wrong, she went ahead and also gave my aunt and bad rating, is this woman really that incompetent ? My aunt has nothing to do with this and didn't even know what was going on because she was in the car waiting on me. I also do UBER and because she gave my aunt a bad rating I will never step a foot in this place. I also tried to talk to the man that was there behind the counter and I asked him if he was the manager that I needed to talk to him about it and all he said was that "YES I"M THE MANAGER AND I"M BUSY" you both should take customer service classes. Doesn't really bother me that they didn't let me use the bathroom but is more about their attitude, their response, their lock of respect and communication and the way they handled things besides that they gave a bad rating to a person ( my aunt) that has nothing to do with what happened and my aunt wasn't even aware of the situation...

Great food, good variety, prices are pretty good, service is excellent, and very clean. They offer curbside pick up and order ahead. Wish they put more rice and beans when you order entrees. The amount of seafood you get with the mariscada is outstanding. The Carna Asada taste great ,but I wish it were a bit bigger I think it might be 8 or 10 oz. Just about the size of my hand palm to index finger. My kids loved the mango and horchata shakes and the pollo a la brass. Fonda Fish Tacos are good but I wish the slaw on them was undressed and it came with mango salsa, but boy is the serving on point with 3 large flour tortillas filled with 3 large fried pieces of fish. Purchased a Burrito with Chicken. Supposed to be made with cilantro, refried beans, rice. I requested to have tomatoes, lettuce which I paid extra for. No beans, no rice, and 6 cubes of chicken. Plenty of cilantro and onions that I paid for too. Not asking for anything back but when you pay $16 and you get almost nothing that they advertise is pretty annoying. I couldn't even return because I was in Norwalk. This place is in Bridgeport. They said sorry about that but if you don't return we can't do anything. I didn't know you supposed to check the content of a Burrito that rapped up in a totilla but my luck.Horrible customer service. I hope they could really use those $16 because they took me for a ride and I wasn't looking...
