Pizza Heaven — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I usually hardly ever have any issues when ordering from this pizza place food is very good. Today for some reason I can't say the same. I pre-ordered a medium size pizza to be delivered for the next day once they opened. I received my receipt, and money was pending from the card. I call, owner states he never got the order. I go into the shop and explain and show receipt and that it's pending out my account. I really couldn't understand his accent, while him trying to explain to me why he couldn't give me my pizza because I ordered it after their work hours and for it to be delivered when they just opened up. Owner was rolling his eyes as if he was irritated, arguing with me, cutting me off and completely not being understanding of the situation as to it charging my card, receipt in hand and still no pizza. All in all I had to buy another pizza with the same card, and wait for the money I previously spent to go back...

Let me just stop by saying I was a faithful loyal customer. I will order from them 3 to 4 times a week. I spent $100 a week. I have a son who loves pizza and randomly one day. We wanted to order pizza and they decided that they weren’t gonna deliver to the neighborhood that I live in without any explanation on why I know it wasn’t from our doing because we were faithful customers so I went back to Panera and Paramount Pizza, which is also good even Fairfield pizza, which is half the price I wish them the best, but I would not order from this place I have told my friends and family as well as the company that I work for to no longer order from this place as well. Had a decent experience before but recently I ordered online and when I picked my order up and it wasn't ready because they didn't know if I wanted lettuce and tomato on the sandwich or how I wanted the chicken cooked. There was no indication on the online menu that any of this was even an option. They had my number but never called to ask.
