Proper customer service and restaurant management requires training, which is clearly lacking at this establishment. I ordered a salmon meal and without my consent and knowledge, shellfish gravy was going to be added to my meal. Maybe it's not a big deal to many, but I don't eat shellfish due to lifestyle and religious customs. I asked what gravy it was and shared that I don't eat shellfish. I was told by the employee that SALMON and SHELLFISH are the SAME. For those of you who have GRAVE allergic reactions to shellfish or related religious customs, I'm sure you can concur that this isn't true; they're NOT the same food. The employee's attitude was dismissive and immature. Restaurants should know about cross contamination with foods. To make matters worse, the food wasn't good.
