Wendy's — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I normally do not post negative comments, but considering this is the second time this exact thing has happened between the exact same manager and employee,I feel compelled to say something, this woman ( mid age,black hair MANAGER) seems to have a personal vendetta against this young man, the young man was running the front register, apparently someone came in with a problem with their order, this young man was not a cook! She proceeded to go off on him! In the dining area in front of customers, that poor boy stood there and took it all, as I was walking to my car I noticed him in what I'm assuming his parents vehicle crying his eyes out! I have been a manager before, not to mention it's common sense, that if your staff is trained properly there will be less mess ups... Instead of teaching that boy something, she belittled him, embarrassed him, and probably made him question himself when it wasn't even anything that was his fault! I personally will not spend another penny at this establishment until that woman is gone, I bet their higher/fire rate is extreme! I'm sure there has been more than one occasion where someone has quit over her specifically......

Ordered a mobile pickup order because i was in a hurry, went to go in and the lobby door was locked and there was a note on the door that said the lobby was closed because of short staff. That's pathetic, they weren't even short staffed. They just didn't want to clean the lobby today. Like I said pathetic. I then drove to the drive thru window to pick my order up and it wasn't even ready. So I asked why it wasn't ready and she said it doesn't even populate until the person pulls into the lot. Which is a lie because I've picked orders up at other Wendys and fast food restaurants and it was there on time. So I asked for corporate's number and the manager said to look it up online, then he proceeded to tell me it wasn't his problem that my order wasn't ready. "Do I want it or not?" So they hadn't even started it yet. I said yes and took my food but will NEVER go there again. If you are thinking about Wendy's don't go there, go further down the interstate to the next Wendy's. The associates here are lazy, disrespectful, and just plain rude...

Gave this place SO many chances. Kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but the 3rd time was finally enough for me that I won’t ever go back. 1st time: ordered online and hit “I’m here” well ahead of time. Show up to an almost empty restaurant, not busy in the slightest, and my order wasn’t even started. 2nd time: charged me twice on the app and manager (who I see others on here have also had bad experiences with) refused to do anything about it but refer me to corporate... with a nasty attitude that was completely uncalled for. 3rd time: picking up lunch for friends at work and they managed to screw up ALL four of our orders. Every single one had something wrong. And again, not even during busy hours. No excuse. Done giving this place the benefit of the doubt. The management is nasty for absolutely no reason, the service is terrible, and the food is never consistent or what...
