Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brigantine

I would highly recommend NOT eating food from here. It is NOT clean, they put back food that customers order and have taken home. I didn’t realize my order was wrong until I got home. Went back to DD & the manager put the donuts back in the rack to sell! WTH! How could I ever trust their food again?

Save yourself from an upset stomach with diarrhea and go to Wawa, ACME for donuts. Go to Brigantine Bagels for a delicious well made sandwich.

The staff is NOT properly trained. Hard to understand, I don’t know if the know what their doing either. Every order is wrong. The coffee is watered down brown liquid with half of it cream. Gross.

The last and final time, the woman manager took the donuts I left with and put them back in the bins to sell!! I was absolutely disgusted.

I even asked her why is she putting the donuts I went home with back? I ordered 6 misc donuts and received all jelly, and only 5.

The munchkins were wrong and stale. Then she wanted to blame the new hire and told her to apologize to me?!

The entire incident was awful- all that for overpriced stale donuts.?

Every time I place an order at this DD it’s either wrong and I mean completely wrong - missing items, wrong donuts and or no muffins. Every single time! Cold food orders. I have complained to management and corporate.

Acme has the freshest donuts and not overpriced. And they don’t put back donuts...

Well where do we start off ... I walked in was looking to see what I wanted. The guy at the register was very rushy. I told him just give me a min please. He said I am very busy I have other things to do. I said I'll let you know when I'm ready. When I was ready I approached him . He took my order and I had a gift card. 2 ladies walked in at that point but I was the only customer in the store . For some reason my gift card wasn't scanning. Then he smirked and said it's not working you know I have people "paying customers behind you". So I will just take the $3 off . So now it's only $10. What the heck is that supposed to mean!!! Well hello?! I'm paying customer too! You didn't give me my order for free. Now did you?! Also donuts were super super stale! I threw them all out. ...

Admittedly, I had little intention of visiting this Dunkin during my recent Brigantine stay but was glad I read deserved positive reviews! The gas station is defunct-it’s solely a Dunkin establishment. Parking is a little wonky because of the decommissioned gas pumps but the atmosphere inside is a clean, well run, friendly, Dunkin. I was pleased and I’m a Dunkin connoisseur! This is what your momma meant when she taught you “don’t judge a book...
