After waiting 45 minutes in the drive through, trying to place our order with Megan, who couldn't get our order right in the first place, and when we asked if she got the order right- she read the wrong order. We politely corrected her saying that the #1 was wrong and was supposed to be a #6 she looked at us for a good solid minute then said "Well, I dont know how to fix that we'll just keep it this way" and asked us for our card. We told her we wanted the number 6, and she finally went to get help. Then she tried to hand us the incorrect drinks, we corrected her again and said that there was only supposed to be one small Sprite, and 2 large sprites. We finally get our food- and we were missing 2 large fries, our ham slider, and our mozzarella sticks. We went inside to get the missing food and as soon as we walk in they asked "What did we forget?" We told them, and they handed us another bag. We got to our hotel and the fries were awful and old, not just cool from the drive, and the auju was lumpy and disgusting and we were still missing the mozzarella sticks. We drove back to Arby's and told them that our order still incorrect, and showed them the auju and they all came to look at it and Megan proceeded to say "Gross! That must've been the ones that were old and sitting out for a couple hours" I told her that it was disgusting to find, especially when my 2 year old has been eating this... she replied "Oh. Well it's good you brought it back then." 🤢 Then Nate said "Sorry this must've been an off night for all of us"
We don't come down to Utah, but we frequently go to Arbys when traveling- and we will make a point to never go back to the Brigham City...
Read moreTerrible. Couldn’t find any employees in the store at all. I walked around the back of the store to find SIX employees “taking a break” because “we had a busy day”. It was 945, they close at 11 so it appears to me there is plenty of time left on the clock soooo…you probably ought to have at least ONE of the SIX of you inside the store to…ya know…run the business during business hours. These high school kids told me they were out of roast beef. How does ARBY’s run out of roast beef?! Order enough so you don’t run out, yes? What I ended up ordering was the most sloppy order I’ve ever received from a restaurant. It was lazily put together, wrapped and thrown in a bag. I can’t believe I paid money to get such a thing and such an experience. It should been the other way around! I should have been compensated for dealing with these adolescents....
Read moreHad the worse experiance I have ever had at any fast food chain. The lady taking our order at the drive through messed it up and ended making 2 different orders. So we had to run our card through twice. When were give our food the lady handing me our food said that your fries were upside down in the bag. No apology and she didn't seem like it was not any of her concern. I ordered the $7.00 Bacon roast beef sandwich and it had so much fat that I could not even eat it. My wife ordered a simple roast beef sandwich and it was the size of a mini. It was not worth the $3.00 we paid. All in all I would not ever eat at that Arby's again.
