12/12/2024 9:20am came through The drive-thru today to get myself an iced coffee for my wife and I and when ordering our drinks we both ask for less ice. We were then informed after we order a drink that less ice is a $0.50 up charge. When I came to the window to collect our drinks I asked the girl politely why I was getting charged 50 cents for less size when I never did before and she rudely told me it's now company policy to do so and was very condescending about it. She was looking for a fight. The girl who is working to drive through, I did not catch her name but she did have faded colored hair. I've been going to this location for quite a while now and have never been charged for less ice. When I checked the app to see if it would charge me for less ice IT DID NOT. Just dropped in for a cup of coffee (regular, no mile or sugar) to drink on the road. I wasn't looking for anything special, but I know what I am getting when I stop at Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was hot and tasted just like Dunkin Donuts coffee.
I fought off the usrge to get something to go with my coffee, and I have the mental scars to prove it. Love the sweets, but not when I'm sitting in the car for hours driving. I'll treat myself later.

My first experience at this location was interesting. The girl taking my order sounded like I ruined her whole day by coming through the drive-thru. I only ordered a large coffee, nothing fancy. Her tone didn’t change when she handed me my drink. However the coffee was amazing. I visited there again a couple days later and had an amazing worker. Pretty large order this time and they were all super upbeat, didn’t make me feel like I was some burden. And every coffee was made perfectly.
