I came to this location atleast 3 times ever since it opened and all those three time Iāve had a very bad experience. The first time I went it was a little after there grand opening maybe a few weeks or so. I expected it to be a little slow and struggling a bit since they just opened and are trying to figure things out. But I did not need to wait 10-15 minutes at the window for my order, hear music blasting, the employees getting frustrated because they canāt hear me and the employees attitude towards me was awful. Did I mention how they over charge my drinks? Iāve gone to other Dutch bros around Colorado and they do not charge so much for 3 drinks.
This incident also happened the 2nd time too they took forever at the window and the employees had a attitude again. They also messed up my order.
I tried a 3rd time hoping it will be a better experience. Unfortunately I was so wrong, yet again the employees had a attitude and we yet again waited 10-15 minutes for my drinks and they messed up my order. But they fixed it and when we were about to leave the girl at the window asked if we wanted straws and I said yes please. I was confused when she proceeded to say have a good day with a attitude twice and not give us any straws. I just left because at that point I was pissed.
Thank you but Iām going to the Dutch bros on 104th for now on. There so much faster, better...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhile waiting for my drink order tonight 8-23ā25 I watched one of the Broistas, a Younger Guy with messy Brown hair throw away a container of cinnamon sprinkles and then proceed to pull it back out of the garbage can, he wiped it off with a towel and returned it to the drink bar on top of the espresso machine š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢ Absolutley Disgusting. I come here everyday, my work is nearby after seeing that nasty violation of health code happen I will be telling my coworkers to stay away and I won't be back. Who does that? What kind of training is that? Why is that allowed to happen especially infront of the young blonde girl he's working directly next to? Why didn't she say anything? Why didn't she throw it back in the garbage? Some serious retraining and restructuring really needs to happen here this location has been an absolute mess for months now, this is my third 1 star review being posted for this location each time they fail to get it right, each time they fail to do better than the last time its upsetting as a paying customer especially when most of the other Dutch Bros in the area are much more consistent with drinks...

I come to this location often, and mornings are definitely the best time to goāthe morning staff is always super nice, caring, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Afternoons, however, can be a hit or miss. I understand that the job can be stressful and overwhelming at times, but that shouldnāt mean customers are treated like theyāre a burden. Some afternoons Iāve had great, friendly experiences, while other times the staff hasnāt been as welcoming.
The wait time itself is understandableārushes arenāt easy, and I know that from experience. What this location really needs is a better plan to help employees manage stress and improve consistency in customer service during busy times.
Overall, this location is still good, and I appreciate the effort the team puts in. Keep up...
