Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Brighton

Ordered pizza online on Tuesday 5/9 for delivery on Wednesday 5/10. Confirmation said delivery would be at 11:15 am. I called and spoke to manager since I needed pizza at 11 am and not a minute later. I was assured that there would be no problem. By 11:15 today, NO PIZZA. I called and was told that it was just coming out of the oven. At nearly 11:30 the delivery person showed up and smelled like a dirty ash tray. When I was asked to sign receipt, I commented on the lateness of the order. He said "it ain't my fault, I don't start till 11." I have always loved hungry howies but the past three times have been not so good. I had previously worked in food service for a very long time and am super forgiving because I knew it can be hard, but the employee with the ponytail is rude and making your business look bad. Ungrateful and cold to your customers. This isn't the first time either. I tip with carry out and I asked if they got the tip and he grunts. I even said your welcome! Never received a THANK YOU. Hope he can understand what a negative drain he is on your business. Best wishes!

Wow.... came here on Friday at around 9:00 after placing and paying for my order on the app. The app stated CURB SIDE PICKUP implying that I wouldn’t have to enter the store. So I arrived and called, I sat on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up and called again, and again, and again. I walked into the store while still on hold to see the cashier watching the phone ring and sitting there on his phone. So I stood there, didn’t say anything and just stared at him. 5 minutes went by and another younger lady assisted me in which I got my pizza and walked out.
