First time trying Raising Cane's as daughter insisted on having it for dinner. Lets just I wasn't impressed. Now it's good for food variety in Brighton that's lacking but this place simply isn't for me. They are way overpriced and I ordered 2 chicken tenders just to try. They tasted alright, but not sure where they get them tenders at, as this must be from anorexic chicken. I had more bread than chicken đ . I put a plastic fork to show in perspective what I mean in the picture I posted. Anyway, when it was our turn to order they seem to have issues with their PA ordering system so we had to sit there for a out 10 min as they tried to fix it. Finally they simply had us drive up to window and order there. Past that point it was pretty quick. But we sat total probably 30 min at the drive thru thru the line and their issues. They still handled it pretty well and we're very nice and helpful. Again, tho. This place isn't for me so I cannot be too harsh. Happy for those in town who will be enjoying as the line doesn't lie....
Read moreI rarely write a bad review on an establishment, however, my experience yesterday was very disappointing. Firstly, the customer service was OK. I visited the drive thru for my order and the guy who took my order was kind. Something that wasnât okay, in my opinion, was one of the employees shouting through the drive thru window at the other employees who were taking food orders. When I paid and received my food, the same employee came outside and continued to shout at other employees. I hope that employee figured out whatever issue was happening but it did not need to be handled that way. Secondly, the food was not to my expectations. I ordered a three finger combo but I found that it was like I ordered a kids meal. The tenders were so small! I also ordered a sweet tea but received unsweetened. As a fairly new establishment, I expected more and I hope this review helps to...
Read moreCustomer Service: The staff consists mostly of teenagers who seem more interested in their phones than their jobs. I genuinely felt bad for the manager, who was actually working hard while juggling a rush of customers. Meanwhile, one lone employee took orders while the rest hid behind a partition, chatting and textingâuntil the overwhelmed manager had to step in and remind them they were, in fact, at work.
Food: The chicken has a great flavor and crispiness, but unfortunately, itâs consistently dry every time I order. Itâs like biting into a well-seasoned desert.
Cost: The prices are reasonable, but charging 75 cents per Caneâs sauce feels like adding insult to injury. If your chicken is this dry, the least you can do is offer the sauce as a courtesyâotherwise, weâre just paying extra to make the meal edible.
Not sorry⌠Chick-fil-A wins this round. Wonât be...
