I've been to Chipotle's all over the country--this is the worst experience I've ever had. Nothing comes close! I'm currently sitting in the curbside lane pickup watching others walk in, place their order, eat, and leave BEFORE I'm even halfway through the drive thru line.
To reiterate what others have said, they won't get your order right and they do about 1/2 of a normal portion. There is no apology, no free chips & salsa for the wait---nothing.
Do NOT order online. Go inside and order at the counter. Wave to the people in their cars who will not even be talked to for another 30 minutes. You're better off at another location, or sitting down at Chili's or another restaurant nearby.
I'll be reaching out to corporate because this is really not cool. I don't mind waiting when it's busy--I just want to receive food in the order that orders are being placed.
Update: I finally reached the window, and based on other bad reviews I read while in line, I asked them to confirm it was their plant based chorizo. She took it back to the counter, asked the lady, brought it back and literally told me it was chorizo. I got home to feed my vegetarian wife and guess what? It was chicken. So she didn't get to even eat dinner 1 hour later. Now on my way to another restaurant.
In addition, I asked the woman at the window if she would do free chips and salsa since I had a 45 minute wait. She didn't answer my question and just said they were doing their best. I brought up how others in store were getting food much faster, and she told me that they make food in the order that you arrive at the window/in store counter so you have hot food. It makes sense, but it defeats the purpose of ordering in advance or using the app at all. This store is significantly slower simply because they're making up their own process. Based on how little they cared, I'm convinced they just gave me chicken because it was available and easier to do. This is a huge risk for people with allergies or diet restrictions.
A minimum wage worker isn't at fault. They don't get paid enough. They're just not being managed properly to avoid these lazy behaviors, go out of the corporate process, etc. The District Manager or General Manager better get to work at...

Your staff running the drive through window tonight (November 17, 2024) should be fired, they are extremely rude and immature individuals. I’d very much like contact information to management, or for them to follow up, they need to know this is unacceptable behavior.
My husband and I buy multiple bowls for weekly dinners every once in awhile when we get tired of cooking. It seems to be a common occurrence the visit isn’t great.
Tonight I ordered 4 meals and chips online and used the drive thru for pickup. I was handed my food and opened the bag just to check to see if everything was there before leaving. I noticed several of my sides were missing, so I waited until the girl inside noticed me and I waived to her. She came to the window and I asked if I could get a few of the sides I ordered as well as a few small sides of lettuce since it wasn’t possible to do online. She rolled her eyes and shut the window without saying a word to me, and walked inside and looked to mockingly start talking with the other young girl working behind the counter. I could see they walked over and started working in the sides but saw the drive thru attendant hold up the containers and point at them and she was laughing with the other young girl. She came back to the window and very snidely handed me the bag of sided and said here are your sides and turned and shut the window again.
I just got home to see my bowls are about half full, clearly don’t have the extra rice I ordered, two of the bowls have brown rice instead of white rice like I ordered, and all of my sides have about a small spoonful of lettuce, sour cream, salsa instead of being most of the way full like they normally are. I think the young girls did this on purpose for a laugh. This is ridiculous, I’m so angry I’d love to take this food all back. Maybe management would show good faith and refund me or make sure I get my moneys worth? I’m not sure if there was a new guy getting trained or if she was just targeting him but while he was serving anyone Christina happily made a comment on any move he made and let me add She was RUDE. He poured a regular scoop of queso she started telling him no that’s not how you do it and proceeds to tell him to give HALF A SCOOP OF QUESO when they charge extra for it so again having to ask for more queso cuz they give half a scoop an now you get charged for DOUBLE queso just because Christina only puts half a scoop. And advises the rest of the employees to do the same. A customer should not see your making another workers life HELL. I’m not sure if she thought I couldn’t understand Spanish cause my skin complexion but I understood her just fine REAL well at that and let’s just say she wasn’t saying anything In a nice tone she was treating this poor boy like trash I understand you’re training him but you do not talk to him like he is your child making unnecessary faces at him to where ALL the customers are able to see. This isn’t even the half of it. Overall that was not okay I was very uncomfortable and before I could even finish saying what I want she quickly says “anything else, anything else” well if you would let me finish you would know what I want.
