Worst customer service experience ever!! First off, make sure they return your card at the drive through window. I went back after cancelling my card and my automatic payments. I realized days later that it was not returned to me at Panda Express. I went in to pick up my card. I spoke to Ruby the "supervisor". This was the most condescending and rude experience I've ever had. After I asked for a discount, any discount on my order would have made me happy; Ruby condescendingly said no with a smirk. I explained what an inconvenience it was that they didn't return my card since I had to wait to get a new card, reset my auto payments, and go pick up my card. She said they have a lot of cards and when people pick them up they don't request anything. In addition, she said that I should be thankful they kept my card safe! I was baffled! My question is why they have a lot of cards? Do they do this on purpose to keep card info? Lastly, Ruby said the rep didn't charge me until after they handed us our food then we drove off; I said "yes that's typically what happens do you all hand food over before charging people and knowing they can pay for their order?". This happened last night and I'm still livid. Do not go to this location!

Read moreThis is one of the worst run Panda Express I've ever been to. I've been several times, and it's always the same. Once, I was told in the drive-through to drive around to the front, and they would bring my food out once finished. I waited 15 minutes before I finally called, and they didn't even remember my order and asked for me to show a receipt 🤦🏻♀️the other day, I placed an online order for 1 kids meal. It said the food would be ready at 6:14pm. I didn't leave my house until 6:17 pm. When I finally arrived at the location, it was 6:25, and only then did I get a notification that the meal was ready. When I went in, the order is not in the pick-up area, so I had to wait around for someone to ask, but there were several customers just hanging around waiting for employees to even notice them. Again, it's not the first time I've witnessed this (customers being ignored). When they first opened, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt cause I know it takes a while to get into the groove of things. Read moreCame here for dinner tonight. EVERY table was dirty. We took the two least dirty-looking comer tables and didn’t notice one had a sticker that was unavailable. It had a coffee on it and put it by the trash. One of the girls asked if we had seen a coffee and I pointed at it. She then said that the corner table was for “employees only” and she said, “there’s a sign.” I told her we didn’t see it. She had the nerve to reach over our table, move our tray with our food so that we could see the sign. All it said was, “We’re sorry, this table is unavailable.” When my husband told her all the tables were dirty, she said, “Oh you could’ve just told us to clean one.” REALLY? We shouldn’t have to tell you to do YOUR job?! Both trash cans were full and they obviously do not care about the appearance or cleanliness of the restaurant.
