Starbucks — Restaurant in Brighton

Was at Kroger in Brighton around 7:45pm this evening and went to the inside Starbucks to get a hot tea. When I stood at the counter the worker Ava looked at her watch and looked at me and didn’t say anything. She then raised her hands and shouted “a few more minutes until I get to leave this bell hole!” And then asks me what I would like to order . After I ordered a grande tea a few minutes later she goes “here you go, I know you ordered a grande but I put it in a tall, is that okay or should I remake it ?” I was so disgusted with the customer service I grabbed the cup and said it’s fine and walked away. we went into this starbucks hopeful to get a free drink of our choice, the lady working explained to us that you had to have your birthday in the app for over 6 months, no where does it say that but okay not big deal. we ordered our drink and told her we would get it from here as long as she makes it good and adds extra plus a lot more caramel, she proceeds to put coffee in a cup not filled all the way to the top and 3 small squiggles of caramel on top. i get the free drink thing but come on u can be a good person and make her drink good at least for...

The barista at Kroger‘s just ignores me when I ask her to make my drink the right way and acts rude like she’s talking over me when I’m explaining what I need. what I’m saying and just sarcastically saying yes.
