Service is absolutely abysmal. While ordering we were laughed at for how much we were ordering for our family. Then we arrive at the window and they don’t even know what our order is! So I do what anyone would do and ask for clarification on what they’re handing us. The first girl just hands a bag and disappears. A second person comes to the window with a nasty attitude. She begins to passive aggressively argue with me and try to justify all the errors. Keep in mind I was calm and passive throughout this whole process. She began to hand us bags once again that weren’t ours. We left with all our food but as you can see in the above picture my sandwich had 2 tiny pieces of bacon on it. Overall this was unacceptable. When they first opened, espresso drinks were perfect all of the time (hard to find in NE ohio btw at any dunkin) but over the past month it has been hit and miss. Whoever is in charge of stocking the store, really needs to have whipped cream avail. ALL of the time. It has been not avail. frequently as of late and a macchiato w/o it tastes "card-boardy" and weird. Whipped cream has a shelf stable life of usually 6+ months so there really is no reason not to always have this ingredient on hand. love that you guys came to Brimfield! I am a drive-thru breakfast gal, always order the same things. I tried to call several times today, always says "i'm sorry, no one is available to take your call" how can i tell you that this morning was the second time since you opened that i ordered an Everything Bagel, and received a PLAIN bagel.
