Today was my first time going into a Jersey mikes store and I don't know if I will ever go into another one. I did get greeted promptly but after that it wasn't a very friendly atmosphere. All the employees were talking amongst themselves and not really acknowledging me. I placed my order and waited while they were made, one employee making one of the sandwiches attempted to get my attention and I quickly apologized and didn't get any response. They finished making the one sandwich and didn't ask if I needed anything else on it or if it looked good. After paying for the food i got what was a condescending "have a good day". When I got home I quickly realized that one of the subs was drenched in oil and had leaked threw both bags that it was in. The food was good albeit a bit soggy from all the oil. Just wished I could have had a bit of a better...

Not only did they not have half the menu, but when I did find something I specifically asked for only meat and cheese and to please not let it touch anything otherwise. Not only did they cook it directly next to a ton of onions and peppers and such, but they used the same tools to chop and pick up my food that they used for the others. My food both smells and tastes like onions and now is inedible. To make matters worse they spent 10 minutes trying to cash us out and failing to do so. I wanted to try this place, but after today I'll stick to subway from now on. Better food better price and better employees. Ill pay my 8.50 for an footlong at subway than pay 8.50 for a six inch at a crummy place like this. Will advice others to avoid!

Read moreSo I placed an order for delivery on the jersey mike's app. At the time my order was supposed to be delivered, I received a text saying that it had been canceled. So I call the store. The manager gets on and says that my food is still sitting in the counter. So I asked for a refund. The manager says he cannot refund my money and that I would need to contact door dash. Yet the order was placed on the jersey mike's app. So I call door dash. Door dash states that it is the stores responsibility to refund me. The doordash rep even called the store and the manager refuses to talk to him. So now I have the jersey mike's manager telling me one thing, and door dash telling me another. And I'm out $40. Moral of the story... Don't order delivery...
