Subway — Restaurant in Brimfield Township

Manager is very rude and belligerent, she wanted to get into my wife and I conversation and judge me based on how my kids was NOT listening to us, then when I asked her how much the subs was for foot longs because they seemed over priced on the 6inch she turned around and pointed to the wall very rudely and said their all up their right then and their I was going to just cancel the transaction. I just asked a question.. then she continued to be very rude she said she did her subway job for fun on the side, and she was a roofer after being cashed out she went into the back and started yelling to her co worker about me so all the other customers could hear her aswell. I turned around and said I'm still out here you can say what ever to me, than I said better yet let me talk to your manager she than told me she WAS the manager and I can call who ever I want to. Very bad service indeed and I would give less than 1 star if I could. I would not recommend anyone to go here only if it's your last option like...

Very dissatisfied with the quality of the food and service. I have not been back to a Subway since. Most of them have been getting progressively worse, but this one took the cake. On my son's salad, I had asked for extra lettuce, extra spinach, and extra tomatoes. There were no tomatoes, 2 or 3 one inch strands of lettuce and 3 or 4 wet spinach leafs. Not to mention a few other scraps of vegies and meat.

My roastbeef, turkey, and ham sandwich looked as if someone ate the meat and regurgitated a few pieces back onto the bun and then dropped a few scraps of vegetables on it as well.

3 or 4 workers that looked stoned were sitting at a table in the dinning room when I went to get my food, they didn't even look at me let alone greet me. When I discovered this embarrassment of an establishments food presentation, I called for about 25 to 30 min straight each time letting the phone hang up on me because no one would...

My daughter wanted a sub so we went to the subway in the tallmadge walmart and saw oven roasted chicken sub on menu for $7.19 I thought it was expensive but it was what she wanted...she ordered the chicken strips and only wanted one half the meat...when we rang out the cashier said it was $8.39. I said wait it's $7.19 she said no that's for the oven roasted not the strips...I asked where the price for the strips sub was then and she couldn't find it on the menu board but said that's the price ..I said even though we got half meat and you can't even find it on your menu board? Great customer service I won't be going to that...
