McDonald's — Restaurant in Bristol Township

The French fries are always dry & taste funny. Even when I asked for them to be fresh they were still really dry & stail almost. This has happend everytime i go at this location. I go to the one on 34 in Plano & I've never experienced anything like this with the fries. So somebody is doing something wrong here in yorkville because even when the fries are fresh this happens.... its weird, they will be hot but still the same. Really dry & stail, all the other food is pretty good but a lot of time my burger is always cold & doesn't taste fresh. I love the people they are so nice but they really need to do something about this because they're going to lose customers over it soon. I loved coming here until this all started happening with the fries h cold burgers. French fries are supposed to be hott & juicy & well fresh tasting, not dry & stail.... weather there hot or not it's always the same. Burgers are always cold as well; please do something about this fast. I'm going to continue to go to the other McDonalds until then because nothing has changed. Please do something manager if you see this. Check the fries, taste them & you'll know what I'm talking about. Make sure burgers are hot & fresh for customers as well!! Thank you! I placed an order online for pick up at 10:30 PM. I arrived at 10:50 PM and they didn’t even start making the order yet. I thought the whole purpose of putting an order on lime for pick up would be that it would be ready when you get there Even after getting here at 10:50 you wait 10 to 15 minutes for your food that is ridiculous when there’s nobody behind you in the drive-through and they make you pull to the reserved parking spot for the drive-through and they bring the food out to you when there’s no one behind you in the drive-through This location is horrible. It should be closed. There’s no point to keep it open if they can’t do their jobs. The employees all seem lazy and slow. I know that there is a system that they have to be under a certain minute per car without having that car wait in the drive-through because I’ve worked the fast food business before they’re failing here every time I come here it’s over 10 to 12 maybe even 15 minutes. I wait ridiculous management needs to be aware of this I have posted Several reviews for the same location and nothing gets done and I don’t hear nothing back and the food is not always the greatest sometimes it tastes old stale or like it was cooked and reheated. Like it was cold for several hours...

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a long time now, and not once have I experienced service as rude as this. I was told to pull up to the pay window after relaying my mobile order code, as is standard, which I typically then deny my receipt and pull forward to the second window. Today I just sat there at the pay window for about a minute before someone reached out of the second window and waved for me to pull forward. No issue, I get it, they’re not always fully staffed and they may have told me to go to the wrong window. When I arrived, I started to apologize and stated that I was told to go to the pay window, but before I could even finish my sentence, the employee just handed me my bag and closed the window. Not a single word was uttered to me. I’m just a little appalled still. There was absolutely no other cars in the drive thru at the time. It wasn’t a rush. The only saving grace is that my order was all correct, though my fries were completely lacking in salt.
