Alfredo's — Restaurant in Bristol

Heads up, if you are making an online order for delivery you better call and make sure they got it. I made an online order a little after 6:30 and I got an email back that confirmed an estimated delivery time of 7:15.

Around 7:30 I was beginning to wonder where my food was so I checked my bank account to see if total was taken out and it had been. After that I called up there to see if they had an issue finding my address just to find out they didn't check to see if they had any online orders.

This was my first time ordering and eating from Alfredo's and was not a great first impression. So, I will continue to wait as they said they would have it here in 20 minutes. I hope their food isn't as sloppy as their service

The food finally got here and I'm not impressed. There was no compensation for their mess up....she just said I am sorry. Manicotti was just ok...garlic bread was better than the manicotti unfortunately. I have had time to read other negative reviews (while I waited for the second time around) that had the same issues and I'm pretty sure I won't be doing business there again. The delivery fee plus the tip that they added was almost as much as the entire meal.

Seems like they need to read these reviews because there are other great places to eat in this area that would appreciate...

Alfredo's is a diner style pizza joint that's a tad out of the way when you're visiting Bristol. I can say that it's worth the extra few miles if you have a hankering for some delightful pizza. My wife and I ordered their white pizza which is a delectable combination of cheeses over a creamy white sauce. You also get an option of one free topping to go on it and we chose ham which turned out quite well. It was thinly sliced squares that were quite flavorful. We also shared a plate of fettuccine alfredo partially for the restaurant's namesake, partially for my inability to resist pasta dishes. Overall it was quite good, albeit soupy as the sauce was a bit generously applied. Still, one thing rang true with everything we tried, and that was good seasoning and a homemade flavor that you can't get just anywhere. There is a definitive passion behind the food that is best described as being made with love. The experience is certainly worth a visit if you're in the area. I know I'll be returning for another slice of some good scratch...

I used to believe Alfredo's was an amazing place to eat, tonight that all changed. I ordered food at 7:45pm, It got to my house at 8:50pm. It was the wrong order, so I called and they said they would fix it and bring it right out to me in 25 minutes. I called again at 9:43pm, and they said the delivery driver had just left with my food (I live about 5 minutes from the place). At 10:05pm I tried calling again, and they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called 6 more times before someone finally picked up the phone and gave me the excuse that the driver had gotten lost (keep in mind, she had just delivered the wrong food to me). Then I was told that I "could keep the wrong order food and eat it anyway" instead of them taking it back as some sort of "fix" to my issue. I will not be eating here anymore after this incredibly bad experience, that had almost no attempt or effort to fix. It is now 10:15pm, and I still do not...
