Subway — Restaurant in Bristol

A Disappointing Experience !!! I recently ordered sandwiches from Subway online, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I was informed that they had not made my food at all. To make matters worse, there was no attempt to contact me beforehand to let me know about the issue. Furthermore, the only available options were ghost chili pepper bread, flatbreads and wraps. How are you Subway and have no subs? That's like going to McDonald's and not having burgers. As someone who doesn't enjoy extremely spicy food, this was not a suitable alternative. Having 3 kids and 3 adults to feed not ok. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a discount and still willing to order I was met with a refusal. Overall, my experience with Subway on this occasion was extremely frustrating. The lack of communication, the limited menu options, and the refusal to accommodate my request for a discount have left me feeling disappointed and unlikely to return to this particular location in the future. Very poor customer service. I recommend going to 123 Farmington Ave Bristol instead.

Shocker went down the street and 123 Farmington Ave. has subs .. I'll be definitely thanking them for saving...

Placed an order through the app. Walked through the door, greeted by NAME, with a smile and a thank you. Couldn't have been easier...

I understand reviews are reviews and y'all don't actually care to do something about the issues but I have more personality and energy in my right toe compared the people that work here.
