Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brockton

Normally I like going to this spot before I head to work. It’s close. It’s on my way. It’s just convenient. However after today I think I’m done with this spot. I get it each spot has its pros and cons nobody is straight perfect but at least some places try. Not this one. I decided to order on uber because I was running late and didn’t have enough time. Got what I normally get a hot chocolate, breakfast sandwich, and hashbrowns. Everything else was right and came perfect except the hot chocolate. It wasn’t even close to what I had ordered. It was a plain hot coffee. And honestly I wouldn’t have been mad about that either if it wasn’t for the fact they didn’t even bother to have the courier try to reach out to see if I wanted it substituted or if they could’ve at least added cream or sugar. Instead I just got a black hot coffee. I get machines not working or being out of the product but that right there was true laziness. And it just shows yall don’t care about your customers. Other times you go in and they’re all huddled together just talking and barely doing the work while others and rushing around picking up the slack. You would think a location near the hospital would do better considering they can get a steady flow of business but no. It seems they’re there to do the bare minimum and that’s it and it’s sad. Please do better for yourself your staff and your customers. Maybe then your reviews...

Update: I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and service today. Despite there being a minor issue with the payment system they were able to resolve it quickly and keep the line moving. They all were really friendly and nice which is impressive considering how demoralizing it can be working in fast food. The food is Dunkin Donuts so it's never going to be amazing, but the rest was fantastic and the place was spotless.

Old review: Standing here for 15 minutes with employees walking back and forth and not one acknowledgement, no "we'll be right with you" or "sorry, we're a bit swamped" nothing. I try to be understanding with service people. I know they get a lot of abuse for lots of hard work and terrible pay, but some sort of acknowledgement that I exist would be nice. Especially since it doesn't seem busy at all. I didn't sense any urgency or feeling rushed that happens during busy times. People just meandering back and forth. What the hell is going on here? I drive a lot for work so I have to use the bathroom wherever I can find. I went in to this Dunkin and there was no line. I checked the bathroom door and it was locked so I figured the employees need to buzz me in or something. I waited at the counter for well over 5 mins. Neither employee even acknowledged my presence. Finally they come to ask how they can help me and I order a drink and ask to use the bathroom. They let me in. Bathroom is not clean, but not the dirtiest I’ve seen. No toilet paper in the dispenser. I’m in the bathroom for less than 5 mins and someone tries to open the door, a couple of minutes after that one of the employees LETS SOMEONE ELSE into this single person bathroom while i’m still in there!!! I don’t know if was the same person who let me as I did not see them but regardless that’s crazy. The store wasn’t even busy. Completely...
