(ROCKLAND) The manager was such an angry person and yelled at me for not standing behind the glass while talking to her employee. I was asking a question about where to pick up an order and didn't realize I was not behind the glass. She just could have been nicer.
On a different occasion, I was in the restaurant to pick up an order to deliver for "UBER EATS". I was standing in line behind another man who was very upset about the time it had been taking for his meal to be ready because he was only on a quick lunch break. I looked to see what was causing the hold up and it was a group of 5 employees standing around in a circle chit chatting. So I said HELLOOO? They all jumped in shock because thats how deeply indulged they all were in whatever the topic of discussion was that day... probably something to do with how many cockroaches were allowed to put on a Big Mac. So I asked where I was supposed to be picking up the order that had been placed for UBER EATS. Mind you, this order had been placed over 10 minutes ago. They hadn't even began to put it together yet! So 15 minutes later, I was finally walking out the door with a drink and a couple of burgers. And those are the type of people who make it suck to work for/ order thru UBER! Because then the food is cold, and disgusting by the time you get it to the customers, so they get upset with the person delivering for Uber, and the Uber deliverers get a bad rating, no tips, and are also wasting time waiting for the food! It ends up being a big waste of time trying to do business with MCDONALD'S ROCKLAND at all!! And it's the same thing as if I were there ordering for myself. Never do they wver get your order correct. I've been there countless times to order chicken nugs for the kids.. "WITH SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE FOR BOTH PLEASE....." because they won't eat without it!!! And we get all the way home to find out that once again, "WE HAVE NO SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE!!!!!"
AND THAT IS WHEN I SAY TO MYSELF... "THERE IS A REASON WHY THESE PEOPLE ARE WORKING FOR MCDONALD'S! THEY JUST COULDN'T GET A JOB ANYWHERE ELSE AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHYYY!!!"

Benefit o the doubt with NO POSTED SIGNS..Lady in drive window STARTS to take order, GETS CIT OFF BY MANAGER..( WE AREN'T OPENING UNTIL 11AM) I GO BACK an hour later.. .Place my ORDER and AGAIN MANAGER chimes in NOT SERVING BREAKFAST NOW ( ALL DAY MENU fyi) I was ordering breakfast for my fiance to share at work with Co workers. ( No one brought food because we made these arangments to feed them) NOW IM STUCK in the line in Drive Thru boxes in. I DIDNT WANT TO UPSET ANYONE and waited kindly while ANNOYED. GET by the window now, THATS $2.10! I hear! I said for what? Ummm YOUR ORDER, you TOLD ME I COULDN'T HACE BREAKFAST so I'm driving thru...I GOT AN O YEAH response. Then I said, " Know WHAT", I'll take a Big Mac to go. Gave a coupon and that makes TWO MACS. Got a lil tude! NO APOLOGIES, Can u pull over there. It's gonna be a minute! 10 MINS LATER TO COLD MACS..WTH??? NO SORRY,HAPPY NEW YEAR SIR NOTHING! This place ALWAYS has issues and we just get lucky on occasion and come back thru, I'm betting on ZERO RESPONSE FROM THIS AS WELL. Story needed to be told! Gonna pass this experience onto the web for the Crescent st Brockton Location because I've had enough of the rudeness. My money is NO GOOD HERE APPARENTLY as well as my many family...
Read moreI misplaced my receipt yet no worries I searched for a street that I was staying near and followed the google map just to get the right McDonald's....The saying is true, "There is no place like home". On October 21, 2016 about 8 p.m. - I was visiting my friends/family new home they just purchased in this area. While visiting we decided to get some fast food for dinner. The only mistake was choosing this McDonald's. Staff members screaming over the counters at friends. Whip cream being thrown from behind the counter at these same friends. Whip cream all over the floor. Someone could have slipped and hurt themselves. I turned to my sister and asked, where is a manager? I turned to wait for my food. I noticed there was one of the workers with a supervisors shirt. Well, lets just say that as far as we were concerned and I am sure of others, this McDonald's needs to have all that shift REPLACED. Very rude, unprofessional and unsafe. Sorry to say if I could rate this any lower then being BAD, it would either keep present 2nd shift staff and CLOSE YOUR DOORS. Or, fire everyone on duty that night and hire some people / teenagers that really want to work and make...
