Bill & Ruth's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

Horrible experience. To start- they overcharged me- to their credit they did fix it right away when I mentioned the issue. Overall she seemed super flustered.. luckily the other girl asked about ingredients on my husbands meatball sandwich because she forgot to put stuff on it so that had to be fixed. Now the worst part- I got the super sub and it was ONLY bologna and maybe some ham.. no roast beef or salami to be found and it tasted awful. I work across the street. I use to love this location, but today I had a very negative experience. I walked in to look at the menu of what I wanted and both the girls working had a horrible customer service attitude then I get asked what I wanted very rude..like I’m a problem…..but guess I could be over looking like. Would recommend if you don’t like your job then to find a new one cause I’m bringing...

We love this location! We love the people that own this location. Their are 2 girls that work evenings that completely disregard customers. They talk openly and loudly about personal drama with no care that people are in the store. They laugh, cus, make jokes about learning disabilities, all while attempting to make customers food.
