So Capriottis Sandwich Shop. New. Clean. Upscale Subway/Quiznos vibe, popular because it's got an Italian name. The menu is over impressed with itself but the sandwich just doesn't back up the hype. The length of time it takes to make the food also suggests something amazing - expect to wait an uncomfortably long while for them to put the meat between sliced bread.

I had the Classic Cheese Steak. The bread was flavorless (like Subway). The meat was unseasoned. The cheese was at least gooey/gluey. The sweet or hot peppers added an immense amount of heat without adding texture, crunch, interest, color, or flavor. Honestly is was like eating a diarrheatic meat goo. Sides were minimal, so the choice was chips. I'll be honest, this meal was so lacking in taste, flavor, or wow factor, I'll be getting a Covid-19 test to verify my good health.

Capriottis might be a slight improvement on the many other chain sandwich shops in town, but if you are looking for a quality cheese steak, you'll never miss with Phat Phillys. Several other customers around me talked about them while eating their sandwich, and I have to agree, Phat Phillys beats their socks off. Phat Phillys also has fries. If you aren't in the mood for cheese steak, drive to someplace closer to your home - a local deli like Kendas or Big Als, a Subway or Quiznos or Schlotskys nearby, really anything in a strip mall. You'll feel better about how you spent your money, the Earth will appreciate that maybe you didn't drive out of your way, and your romantic partner will appreciate that the time you save not waiting, waiting on your order can be spent doing whatever romantic partners do.

Now this review has come to an end and it took less time to write and edit than it did to receive the order. They stole minutes of my life that no one can ever return - and when that happens I expect an outstanding...

Have been here 3 times now Probably won't go back. First time I had asked questions about the roast beef if it was pink or not I was told that it s precooked and when heated it's not pink .... my sandwich came out cold after we just had a conversation about it being heated up 2nd trip was fine 3rd trip I Ordered 2 sandwiches One no onion plus peppers 2nd one just how it comes No added peppers Well both were loaded with onions and pepper So neither were eaten, one doesn't like onions The other the peppers were too hot for her I called and 1 sandwich was refunded since at the time of the phone call the 2nd sandwich wasn't opened yet but I didn't bother calling back Also the woman making the sandwiches Reached in her pocked for her cell phone with her gloves on then continued to make sandwiches With the same gloves . A reminder... every thing you touch with those gloves transfers to everting you touch 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thought that everyone knew that🤷🏻‍♀️ Staff was very...

Firstly, a friend of mine very nonchalantly recommended this place to me and said that the wagyu cheese steak was good. Well I get there, the staff are very friendly immediately upon walking in the door. I got the wagyu cheese steak with sweet peppers to go. I was in a hurry so I had to eat on the run. Upon first bite you will transcend into another plane of existence. This is a place of pure happiness. You will completely forget all the troubles of the life you left behind and become consumed in joy. I very briefly returned to my body in between bites only to realize I was driving down the highway. Realized it was not safe to consume this sandwich whilst operating a motor vehicle (there should be a warning) I saved it until reaching my office to finish the life changing experience. I have convinced my family that this sandwich will be what is served for Thanksgiving dinner. I cannot wait until my...

I figured this place was more hyped up than it deserved. When it opened you could not get near the place. The crowds have died down, so we gave it a try with a “The Bobbie” and the “Capastrami” to go. Fresh roasted turkey on the Bobbie and real Pastrami on the Capastrami. The meat was abundantly piled in the sub and fresh. It tasted nothing line that vacuum packed stuff you get at the store that has a first name and a last name. They have several sizes of Subs. The large is a monster 18”. We went with the medium 10” which was too much, but once we started eating, there was no stopping. Service was fast and friendly and the subs were outstanding!

I have only been here once but the friendliness and warm greeting by the staff makes me feel like family. The sandwiches are made fresh here and they have a great variety of both the “classic” and different ones you just don’t see everywhere. Some of the unusual ones include the Bobby, pretty much a thanksgiving table wrapped up in a sandwich form, American Wagyu, and a big selection of vegetarian sandwiches. This visit we both kept it classic with the classic cheesesteak and the classic italian. They both were very good and filling. Next time here i will definitely be getting the world renowned Bobby sandwich. Happy eating!

First and last time I will eat here. Overpriced, too much pepper, drink station not working properly. I ended up with water and paid for drinks. I brought it to the employee's attention, and all I received was, sorry about that—no refund offers, no offer to fix it, nothing. As all my followers know, I dislike posting bad reviews and rating a place based on expectations. Well, my expectations were much higher than the service and food I received. I know you can do better Capriotti’s. $26 for basically one Jimmy John’s sandwich. I'm done writing for now, I’ll go eat elsewhere.
