Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

I have been an avid Dutch Bros man since 2013 when I lived in Portland, OR. If you have ever been to one of the locations there (the Hillsborough location was the absolute best in my opinion) then you know that it is the absolute best experience you could ever have in your life. I have gone to your location about 10 times now, the kids inside are always more worried about dancing around and talking to each other than taking care of the customer. Each time I have gone I have ordered the same 2 drinks I have gotten for years and every single time I verify what it is I'm wanting and they ring me up and charge me and once I get to the window they hand me 2 drinks but they do not look like what I've gotten for years. I've asked them if I am ordering them wrong and they literally ignore my question and close the window on my face. I have also planned trips around the sticker launch and I will get to the window after watching them hand stickers to the car in front of me, I ask for a couple of the stickers (I collect them, I have stickers dating back 10 years) they tell me they are all out. The last 3 times I have pulled around and parked and walked over to watch and see if the hand more out and they do. I am an extremely nice person and clearly easily walked all over by your staff but I am fed up. When I come through and order two drinks and the total is nearly 15 bucks and I literally get out of my car and throw them away in your trashcan outside your store that's sad. 3 times I've asked to speak with a manager and have been given so many excuses but never have the situation solved. My mom took me here for the first time a week ago. She ordered me a small Dutch Freeze with caramel and a small Dutch Freeze with hazelnut for herself.

I noticed the woman taking the order got snappy with my mom a couple times. My mom had asked her what she said when she was repeating the order bc it sounded like she said something else. The employee had an attitude while repeating herself again and aother time when my mom asked for something.

My mom commented on it when we drove off. Stating everyone is usually bubbly and extremely nice. So much so that my mom saw a employee she's used to. She called over to him and he acted like he was excited to see her. I guess she goes there regularly. But I was a little taken aback bc they acted like they've known each other for decades.

We received our order super fast. It was delicious. My only complaint with the drink is it wasn't big enough. Lol But my mom was paying so I wasn't going to ask her for the pricier size. My mom, on the other hand, was given a large instead of a small. She's watching her calorie intake so she complained about it a lot. I liked it so much I asked her to go back so I could buy one after we were finished shopping.

The workers are very nice and the drinks taste good, however do not go here if you're looking for something fast. The first time I went here I ordered my drinks before I left my house then got to the location about 25-30 minutes early and got in the drive through line. I work 5 minutes down the road so usually even for starbucks that is more than enough time. Well I ended up almost 10 minutes late for work. They brought me my drinks after about 20 minutes waiting but then I was stuck in the drive thru because there is no where to pull out. My friend went there a couple weeks after and had the same issue, then today I ordered my drinks at home before I left, got there after the time it said, then preceded to wait 10 minutes. At this point it had been 15-20 minutes since I had ordered my drink. So I went up and asked where my drink was and she immediately brought it over to me. She knew I was there, I had already spoken to her and she told me they were working on it when I got there.
