Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

You know, as a man who likes to give credit where credit is due; especially, to those who go above and beyond the line of duty to make others lives more pleasant with kindness, I'd like to say that this is an excellent establishment with great food, service, and management. I've eaten here a couple of times and it was wonderful; however, one of the times an event happened that was very unsatisfying to say the very least, but when I contacted the store about it they made it right and then some. Once, I even asked a man working here for some extra pizza sauce, and instead of him telling me that it was extra he gave it to me, and when I was walking out of the store I noticed him pulling out his own money to cover the expense; however, I couldnt allow him to do this for me. I was absolutely blown away by this very kind gesture, and I could tell that he was a man of honor and integrity that would make anyone proud to have working for them. Now, I must say that the owner told me to contact him over the very unsatisfying event, and after I made many attempts to do so he never got in contact with me again. I know that people can become busy in life and that certain circumstances may arise but this is where I'll end...

I ordered a pizza for dinner, and was told it would be and delivered within 45 minutes. At about an hour after my order, I called the store asking for an update and was told that my pizza was currently out for delivery. About 2 minutes after I hung up the phone I got a notification that my order had just started being made, at which point I called the store back and asked them to cancel my order. They ended up putting me on hold and hanging up on me, and delivered my pizza over an additional hour later, at which point I had already left the location I was at. I called the store three to separate times asking them to refund my card for my order, each time they promised me that they would refund my card and never did. I ended up disputing the charge...

Very disappointed in this new pizza restaurant! Had been several years since we had a Marco’s Pizza & was looking forward to one being only a mile from our house. There were way too many young untrained employees that were seemingly “lost” at how to wait on a customer! Very confusing experience, my pickup time was 5:00 PM and I arrived 10 minutes early and expected/wanted to have to wait for the pizza to come out of the oven. Instead it was already done and waiting on the pickup shelf 10 minutes early or maybe more! (Perhaps that is the reason the pepperoni was way too crispy!)
