When I say I had had a DAY I'm not joking. I had to get a few family heirlooms from my very very very VERY abusive ex and I didn't get it all. I was very shaken up about how he had brought several guys over and they just watched me and my girls. It was very anxiety inducing. I wanted a steak but my friend who was helping me said she thought chicken was good steak and I had never been to Canes like ever. We walked in and even though it was quite late and the staff who greeted us was male (we were terrfied) even I felt safe and welcomed through my severe anxiety. I was shaking, on the verge of tears, stressed out and scared. They took our order nicely, severed the food quickly. Now I have never in my life liked anything with mayo in it besides deviled eggs. However I'm pretty sure they're special sauce has mayo in it and I loved it. I'm a very very picky eater on top of that I was and still am very sick (it's not covid I was tested) so I had to be careful but the sauce was amazing. The meat was bursting with juice (you'll definitely need a napkin or two) fries were amazing. I prefer soggy fries but these matched the meal perfectly and come on, it's fries and they have lives beyond my fries, so I said nothing and was content. We barely could eat but we really tried to shake off that bad juju and they were polite which really helped. Plus the manager is pretty cute. Overall for being my very first Canes experience, the amount of stress and fear and anxiety and panic was really soothed. We stayed until before closing time and never felt rushed at all. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has mental health problems or are just going through a really tough time and I plan to visit soon again it...

I really like their chicken and thats why they get 3 starts instead of 2. I have been here 5 times in the last month or so and 3 times they forgot something. If you order more than these things is where he issues seems to come up. Once they forgot the fries, second they missed a tender and the last they missed the extra cane sauce I ordered. I called back because it was too far to drive and the manager said let me get your name and the next time you are in we will get you the items we missed. Well I went back to trying again and the girl at the drive through said we don't have a list and I just can't give you free food. I asked for a manager and he asked that I pull around front I am sure because I was blocking the drive through. He said I don't know who told you about this list but we don't have one. I said then what do you do if someone calls and says you guys missed something. He said if you come back with your receipt we will get you what was missed. I said what if you don't find out until you get home and its too far to drive back. He said they check the orders and don't miss things very often as he thought I was lying. It is what it is but I don't...

Went to Cane‘s around 10:40 ordered two box combos and two extra pieces of chicken on the side. We take our order drive home without checking assuming it’s right plus we’re tired. We get home and there’s only one box and one small box with the two fingers so we drive 15 minutes back to Cane’s and the nice kid at the register. Not sure his name but very nicely apologize and helped get our order fixed. He told us that this was the third occurrence today he tried to get the attention of his manager Madi and she ignored him three times very clearly . Finally, my husband wanted to speak to her, not only because of our messed up order which the kind kid at the register helped fix on his own, but to mention how disrespectful it is to ignore a new employee who’s only been here for a month and have him handle a wrong order situation when there’s no one in the lobby and three cars in the drive. so my husband who works in corporate, watching this go down and the manager, Madi ignoring her new younger employee more than once was not a good representation of the company and she should be spoken to by corporate or the store...

I did not go into this Raising Cane's with an open mind. I had been to the one by Target a few years back and was not impressed. My son asked to go, so we went. I will admit that walking in I was impressed. It doesn't have the standard fast food feel, despite ordering off the large menu at the counter. The facilities just looked cleaner and nicer than fast food. The initial service was great. We were politely and promptly greeted as soon as we walked in. We placed our order, got our drinks, and barely got to the table when our order was delivered by the friendly gentleman I assume to be the manager. He asked if there was anything we needed, and told us to enjoy. The food was great. Everything was fresh and exceeded my previous visit to other Canes. Part way through our meal we were asked if we needed a drink refill, which exceeds any expectations of fast food. When we were done our trash was taken for us, and we were acknowledged with a "Thank you" as we left. All in all I had no complaints, considering I was prepared to be unimpressed. Keep up the good work. I will be back to this location.

(I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN, DO BETTER, BE BETTER BA! Sincerely ASHAMED. Lost my money & I’ll make sure no ones else I know eats here evr again.) Today when Charlie Kirk got shot every employee inside started discussing, applauding & laughing! Even in-front of children & teens. That an honest, educated, innocent man was killed, ovr a difference of opinion! A very young 31yr old father of two. A beloved husband and son. Praying for Charlie’s family, kids & friends! He didnt deserve this just like all of the rest! So many innocent lives being lost. When’s the senseless killing guna end? So we dont have to live in fear and our children especially can live peacefully.😭 A difference in opinion is Not a reason to take someone’s LiFE! A life he had evry right to live. A daddy that wont come home, and a wife that has to tell her babies daddy isnt coming home.💔 INNOCENT LIVES MATTER!🙏🏼WWJD

Updated using the NEW app:. App was very easy to use told me when my food was going to be ready turned on location services they knew when I got here yet when I walk in the door when the app says my food is ready they say that they just got the order I was already 5 minutes behind when the order was supposed to be ready and they said that they just got the order and they were just now making it here I am 10 minutes after the app said it was ready and I'm just now being handed my food doubt I'll ever come back here to me that's just plain lying to the customer. Old review: Great chicken, great sauce and great service. We often get the 25 tailgater and 2 sides to carry out; feeds 4 of us with plenty to spare. Fries are a little less than they used to be, may want to get an extra just in case.
