McDonald's — Restaurant in Brook Park

This goes out to the GM and Franchise owner.... Your staff of kids and the one hispanic male manager.... MOST UNPROFESSIONAL group of employees I have ever whitnessed. To start off as i was entering the lobby 2 associates were chasing each other through the resturaunt while customers were waitng to be helped. Not one person greeted me or other customers that were there. As I was standing at the register I observed a young lady in the back on the food line wearing SUNGLASSES AND TALKING ON HER CELL PHONE..... So she obviously wasnt all there that day.... The young lady that was running the drive through line that day was completely confused about what order was what. Now my order was a VERRRRRRY Simple order... A MChicken with no let/ Add Cheese and a Large Mocha Frap With Oreo added.... ONE: They were out of oreos... The young lady that took my order was rude from the beginning... When she told me that there was no oreos left.... She didnt even offer to refund me the change back.... Two: Once i got back to my van I opened my sandwhich to eat it.... IT HAD LETTUCE ON IT... NO CHEESE... AND FOR SOME REASON HAD PICKLES ON IT. IT WASNT EVEN THE PREMIUM CHICKEN so why pickles i have no clue... I double checked the sticker on the sandwhich..... IT EVEN SAID WHAT I HAD ORIG ORDERED... No let/ Add Cheese..... So again obiviously no one was paying attention. Must have been the girl with sunglasses on and talking on her cell phone.... So i was upset. Went inside... And yes i appoligize bc i did use ONE curse word. Which due to my limited time.... If i were a manager i would have at least sympathised with the customer.... Your manager that was on duty that day didnt do anything of the sort.... Instead he wanted to protect the adolesants you have working for you that have no work ethic and obviously NO one there to teach them such work ethics.... He just jumped straight to refunding me my money back with no food for my LUNCH BREAK AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE????..... WHICH I WAS OUT OF TIME TO EVEN GO GET FOOD ELSE WHERE.... Not to mention the way he spoke to me in front of other customers.... He was rude, didnt evem TRY to be sympathitic to the fact that I was in a time crunch and that JUST MAYBE he could have just simply apologized for my encovience and got me a new sandwhich.... I HAVE never been treated such ways by any staff ANYWHERE that i have ever gone. I also was not the only one that seemed to be upset about how no one that was working that day seemed to NOT care about what they were doing. You should REALLY take a look at the people that are training and developing your staff... Because this store doesnt seem to have the right manager in it that will take care of guest when needed and to train their staff properly. Very disgusted with...

If i could give 0 stars i would have but Came here after a long night at work and after burger king told me they werent taking orders cause they were busy outside smoking so i go to McDonald's and sat at the drive thru speaker for 27 mins after the girl asked me my order twice and told me to hold on then never came back to take my order after waiting and waiting and other cars who just got there passing me with the other speaker i pulled up to the window. Only to be told they dont even have most of what i came here for and the two things i did order they sold to one of the cars that passed me. So i go ahead and get something i dont even want to be asked to pull up to wait even longer. When i FINALLY do get my food the fries are ice cold. My sons kids meal fries had litterally 5 fries in the whole box with no toy. My large fry is cold and i didnt even get my medium fry and my egg for my sandwiches wasnt right and was brown. Ive had plenty of these breakfast sandwiches and never ever had my egg brown. So spent 45 minutes total getting food at mcdonalds for it to go in the garbage! First and last time i go there! Im so beyond mad and HUNGRY! Not to mention since i was pulled up past the window waiting for my food where they told me to go, after they gave me my food and noticed i was missing something i had no way to even tell anyone. The doors were locked and wasnt going to wait in line all over again just to get my missing fry that would have been cold anyways! Ridiculous! Wasted 20 dollars just to throw it away! So thanks for nothing! Annnndd the ice cream machine was surprise surprise.. Broken of course. 90 degrees outside but ice cream machine is always "broken" and NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER EVER ANY APPLE PIES! Also why i was waiting to pay the guy who was taking my money was yelling out the window thru my car to someone elses car across the parking lot to tell 2 girls to come to back door and he will unlock it for them even tho the dining room is closed and they definitely werent employees and if they were they werent dressed to go to work in short shorts and flip flops! Maybe employees should worry about doing their job vs girls in the parking lot why their working and not scream and yell thru a...

I come to this location regularly because it's close and convenient to my home and on my way to work (at another fast food restaurant, which I manage at). It's nothing but young kids running this joint. The other day I ordered a large smoothie. They hand me a large filled 2/3 the way, like that's normal. I hand it back and ask to fill it up. They're apparently having to change the mix. Ok, understandable. Meanwhile (cars are piling up behind me), one of the girls is taking duck lip selfies on her phone. 3 or 4 minutes they pull me up and say they'll run it out. I wait another 5 minutes and finally this poor older lady runs it out. She was very sweet. But then, the very next day, I combo with large fries and a large frappe. I pay for it (after it took the girl 5 minutes to ring it up properly), and get up front and they tell me they are cleaning the machine and don't have my frappe, do I want something else? No, I want the frappe I paid for. Apparently they had made a medium on accident before they cleaned the machine and asked if I wanted it. I accepted it, the. When I got to where I could eat my food, I realized they gave me a medium fry after paying for a large. Then TODAY, I ordered two mcchickens, no lettuce, add cheese, a large strawberry banana smoothie, and they tell me they don't have large cups so I can only get a medium, well that's cool and all, so I pay for my food and I leave, I open up my mcchickens, both of them have the correct little white paper on them stating no lettuce, and cheese, but one of them has lettuce on it, and the other one was made correctly????? I don't usually write these reviews but it's getting on my nerves that I'm paying this money and they're constantly messing it up over there. I can relate to the guy who posted about getting the large fries and them not filling it up all the way. That's actually happened to me twice in the last month.
