Rally's — Restaurant in Brook Park

Rudest staff I have ever dealt with. Literally was wild from start to finish.

I already contacted corporate. I spoke with a rep who said corporate would call me back in 5 days. They did not. I called again and now it's been 2 weeks with no call back. We will not be buying rallys again unfortunately.

I went there about 2 hours before close. I ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 bites boxes. This was food multiple people waiting at home. I pulled to the window and a woman came to the window.The first thing she said to me was don't you know it's not healthy to eat this late at night? I awkwardly laughed it off. Then she proceeded to ask me if I was really going to eat this all myself! I was not but even if it was I don't think it was her business. But she managed to ruder. When she brought my food over to the window she legit asked me "So you don't like McDonald's instead?" I was floored. She did not give me a receipt but I have my bank statement proving when and where I went.

This visit felt very judgemental and rude. I prefer rallys to McDonald's that's why I go there but I will not be back.

Which is a shame because the food was mostly good. My burger was good and everybody enjoyed the food. Unfortunately the fried mushrooms came with 4 pieces and they were only slices so that was not worth it but everything else was good. Customer service however was...

When my husband and daughter said they wanted Rally's, I was NOT interested! However, Rally's had a promo running that was an amazing deal, so I pushed all my fears (of greasy, processed, artery-clogging heartburn ) aside, let my wallet do the talking and went for it. We took advantage of the "buy any size fries & get a Big Buford for free" & I gotta tell ya, it was huge & DELICIOUS! We used to get the 4 for $3 meal that included a burger, fries, apple pie and a drink -which is also a great deal- but, the burger patty was tiny and, IMO, the pies tasted like the fries & the fries tasted like the pies. This time, the burger was so filling I didn't have to touch the pie-fries and I was a happy lady! We got 4 of the fries/Buford combos and paid only for the 4 small fries! Good deal! Also, when we got there the line was almost out the drive, but the employees moved everyone through quickly, GOT OUR ORDER RIGHT and were smiling & friendly the whole time! Changed MY opinion on...

This USED to be the good Rally's. Until today. There was one person in front of me. I waited 30+ minutes for my food and had a full conversation with the other customer about how rude the order taker was. "I'm gonna get 2 4 for 4s with .." "WHICH ONE WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE" Yeah I was getting to that. Didn't give me a receipt just said it would be A FEW minutes. Watched a good 10-15 cars go through drive thru and get their food before me. Another lady came in after and they refused to let her order because they didn't have time to make her order. No one else came in or went through drive thru. No apology for the wait. Just oh there's only 4 of us and I'm the only one doing walk in orders shrug kept saying they were waiting on apple pies so why was mine...
