I completed two surveys and requested to be contacted regarding my experience at this specific location and have yet to receive a response so I decided to come and leave a google review. My party of 4 came in around 7/7:30ish, last week Thursday. We walked in and the host said to sit anywhere. We sat in the dining area in a booth and two other party sat on both sides of us and were being served by a waiter. We sat at our booth for about a half hour with no one ever greeting us or taking our order. We realized that there was only two servers working an entire dining area so obviously they were short staffed just like anywhere else. So we utilized the ordering QR code on the table and placed our dine-in order via the website, I paid right away via phone and included the tip before ever being serviced which was a mistake. We received two out of our four beverages from the bar (beer), our children ordered soda, never got them. Still no waiter greeting us or checking on us to see if someone took care of us or not but they continued to serve the other tables on either side of us. There was also a large party (soccer team and coaches) that came in after us and they were greeted right away, drinks brought to them and order taken as soon as they sat down. And STILL no one came to our table to service us. The kitchen staff brought out two out of the four of our entrees and we didnât have any utensils to eat with either. We sat another 15 minutes or so before having to ask the associate who was working the To-Go station about our childrenâs drinks, food and utensils. She seemed super frustrated which was understandable because she was performing a service that she was not supposed to be doing, I get it, I work in the service industry. So after getting our remainder of the food (at least another 30 to 40 minutes of waiting), it was cold, didnât even eat it or drink our beers and after losing my patience and still never being checked on by the waitstaff I went to the To-Go counter and requested to speak with the manager Barry about our experience and requested that my tip/order be refunded (we spent over 90 dollars for horrible food and lack of service, wouldâve been over 100 dollars if I didnât get my tip refunded). He seemed annoyed that I asked but I was annoyed too that we waited for over an hour to be served and still after speaking to him we still werenât serviced by the waitstaff. Party after party that came after us were greeted right away so that was weird. I completed two surveys and no response given over a week later. This is unacceptable and I hate to be that person but we wonât be returning to this location, we always go to this location and itâs always been short staffed but weâve never had any issues like this before. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me about this. Poor service with no resolve and a waste of...
Read more-Arrived Tuesday evening, peak dinner time -Took five minutes for host to show up at stand only to be told to sit anywhere by the bar Most empty tables filled with garbage from previous customers Finally found a seat, no waiter/waitress in sight -Ordered online, then got no confirmation text/email about order being received -no way to get drinks ahead of time because 1. no waitress in sight 2. the waitress we had said the machine that prints out the order tickets didnât print ones in the section we were sitting in?? -went up to bar to try to get drinks, took at least 5 mins -had to ask different waiter what food status was because again 1. we didnt have a waitress at the time 2. we got no order confirmation about food status -food arrived in takeout boxes (which makes no sense because is the qr code on the table not linked to your specific table so wouldnât it know automatically that you are inside the restaurant because you are sitting at a table?) -we both got soup sized tubs of ranch which is a positive -ordered 15 pc boneless wings w/ medium sauce: -half of wings had little sauce -some wings were tiny, smaller than my thumb (not worth the $1+ /ea price point) -Random inedible hard pieces of wing making some wings impossible to eat -low quality taste overall, some tasted alcohol like and others lemony if that makes any sense -celery tasted fresh which is a positive -waitress finally appeared after about 30-45 minutes of being seated -after asking for napkins, waitress sarcastically asked if i had never eaten wings before and told me to lick my fingers -laughed that one off and then asked for a refill on my diet pepsi, server looked at my figure (iâm skinner than average) and asked why i was drinking diet -after telling her itâs just a choice i made she goes in to talk about how diet pepsi as aspartame(?) in it which causes cancer and i really shouldnât be drinking it -waitress then goes on a side rant about how she used to drink a carbonated water (i forgot at this point what she was saying) and eventually leaves to get my supposed napkins and refill -server comes back with a diet pepsi refill, never ends up getting my napkins -i go to the drink station to get them myself -at this point we are done and ready to leave -tried to close out online; didnât work so we had to get waitress to close us out
I understand being short staffed but as a long time buffalo wild wings customer the food and service quality was unacceptable- this was my first time going in person to this location after ordering online for years and going to locations in texas.
Not worth the money especially for the price point- i would place $15 all you can eat boneless wings from applebees as much better quality, better...

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings with a group of friends, and I was excited to indulge in their signature wings and vibrant atmosphere. Our experience started off on a high note, with prompt service and a friendly server who was attentive to our needs. We were happily greeted and quickly seated, and our server made several rounds to check on us, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.
The ambiance in the restaurant was lively, with sports playing on multiple screens, which added to the enjoyment of our evening. The food itself lived up to expectationsâcrispy wings tossed in a variety of sauces, loaded nachos, and refreshing beverages made for a satisfying spread that everyone enjoyed.
However, as the dinner progressed, things took a downturn when an argument erupted at a nearby table regarding billing. It was clear that the situation was escalating, and unfortunately, it seemed to distract the staff significantly. Instead of the smooth and bustling environment we had initially experienced, the atmosphere became tense as employees rushed to resolve the conflict.
While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise during busy hours, the impact on our dining experience was palpable. After we finished our meal, we found ourselves waiting an unacceptably long 45 minutes just to settle our bill. Our server, although doing her best amidst the chaos, seemed overwhelmed and preoccupied with addressing the surrounding issues. The wait detracted from what could have been a wonderful evening.
In summary, Buffalo Wild Wings started off strong with great service and delicious food, but the disruption caused by the argument and the subsequent delay in service ultimately overshadowed our experience. I hope that future visits will be free from such disturbances, allowing us to fully enjoy what the restaurant has to offer. I would recommend visiting during quieter times to fully appreciate the outstanding menu and...
