Marshalls — Local services in Brookhaven

I am a residence in Brookhaven and this is the Marshalls I shop at often. I usually find exactly what I’m looking for here, however the customer service is simply unacceptable! I happen to be in the store, Sunday October 22nd, 2023 and was talked to as if I was a child. It was 8 mins to 8, an announcement was made that the store would be closing. 5 mins to closing another announcement was made, if any store associate saw a customer still shopping to please kindly stop them and escort them to the customer service desk immediately so that they could be checked out and out the door by 8pm on the dot. NEVVVVER have I been so disturbed and bothered. I had words with the sales associates and they continued to challenge me as if customers had no value or didn’t deserve any respect whatsoever. So disappointed that such a good store in a good area would employ individuals not suited for the positions. I will no longer shop here, because never ever have I been treated with such disrespect. I would love to know if the cameras could be rolled back and the audio heard during that particular time and day. The sales associate that checked me out was absolutely wonderful, I truly appreciated her kind words because it helped calm me down! It was both a female and male that was working on the floor at the time that gave me a hard time. Definitely won’t be going back, because of those two!!!!...

This is the best kept secret in Brookhaven. The store is very well managed and organized, clean and has everything you might need ### pretty much. It's a smaller store and enjoyable to shop.The employees are very nice and helpful. A SHOUT OUT to GEORGE (who should be in Hollywood ) he makes work Friendly and Fun and is very Smart and Professional and also BESS, who is So Sweetly Serious about her duties snd very friendly also. HOWEVER; My Favorite Employee (PATRICK) no longer works here because he became the Store (ANGEL) this Spring 2024. He Sprung up to (The Heavenly Realm) on his way to work one day. If you knew Patrick, you knew HE would never miss a day of work. We Love You Patrick and will Forever Miss Your Genuine Sweet Kindness and Smart, Friendly Dutiful Spirit. RIP❤️ "SEE YA WHEN I GET THERE" Patrick helped make this a very nice place to Shop, along with many others. You will be surprised that what you are looking for can be found here. Literally the dirtiest Marshalls I've ever had the displeasure of visiting/shopping at. Employees are rude and will legitimately slam into you with their carts when they're stocking without so much as a "my bad" (I work retail as well and try to be understanding but this place is just not it) everything is all over the place, the restrooms are disgusting and don't look like they were ever cleaned. They don't honor their sticker prices at all, if I pick something up on clearance for said sticker price, I expect that price to be it when I get to the register. Marshalls off Hammond Dr is wayyy better. The store's cleaner and the employees/management are extremely friendly and welcoming. Will definitely never be back here at the Town Brookhaven...
