LADIES, AVOID THIS LOCATION AFTER MIDNIGHT IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE HARASSED. This is my neighborhood Dunkin’ Donuts, I’ve been coming here for 7 years- especially during October when I get off work really late due to seasonal work. I have never had as many problems at this location as I have had in the past couple weeks. There’s a creepy guy in the early morning drive thru that can never get the order right, if he even chooses to acknowledge that you’re in the drive thru. I’ve been dealing with Mr. Creepy for about two weeks. At first he just did his job, then he started getting a little too friendly calling me sweetie and what not. I understand I live in the south and that it is a bit of a colloquialism, but no woman wants to be addressed that way by some creepy gross dude early in the morning. Then I came through the drive thru with my husband one night (try and guess why) and ever since Mr. Creepy has been stereotypically rude. Another night after that, I was on my own having just left work and Mr. Creepy said something snide to me in reference to my husband, and I asked him to please repeat himself, and he said ‘oh your car freshener smells good’. Another night, I sat at the speaker without even being acknowledged. On another night, there was a group of drunk people who decided to walk through the drive through and it took about 15-20 minutes for them to be served, (let’s not even get into the safety issues surrounding a group of drunk people walking around in a drive thru) I waited because I was tired from work and hungry, also I didn’t want to go to McDonald’s. When I got to the window, Mr. Creepy asked me what my order was like I had never ordered anything, I told him, and he hurriedly gave me some bag and said it was comped because of how long I waited- it was most likely the food of the person in the car behind me as it wasn’t even close to what I had ordered. And I ended up going to McDonald’s anyways. Someone in the comments said that it feels like someone in the drive through has a personal vendetta against them- it really is what it feels like. Last night was my last straw. I waited to be acknowledged at the speaker, yet again. Once 10 minutes had passed, I drove up and knocked on the window and asked why they didn’t want to serve me. By this time I was upset. Little remarks are what they are, but by this point it was the third time that I had come through this drive thru tired and hungry after work, and I knew I wasn’t going to be served. So when Mr. Creepy decided to call me baby in his condescending explanation, I snapped and told him not to call me that. I’m surprised I didn’t say more because of how grossed out and livid I was. He also condescendingly told me that he didn’t even have a drive thru headset, when I could see it sitting right there in his ear, wires and all. I drove off. It wasn’t worth it. Seeing as I probably won’t be coming back, and definitely never in the early morning, I felt it would be an appropriate time to relay my experiences to the manager this morning. He was professional and apologetic, but I doubt he can do much about it. Today’s the last day of October, and my yearly makeup tornado is over, and I’m so happy that I won’t need to rely on late night fast food and deal with the gross guy anymore. I prefer the creepiness to be limited to the makeup looks I do for Halloween....
Read morePLEASE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!! BEING RUDE IS THIS LOCATIONS REGULAR OCCURANCE. The manager, Ariseli, was extremely rude to me and I made sure to call cooperate to complain about here poor customer service.
I entered into dining area at 7 a.m. on March 4th and was rudely told by said manager to leave. She quickly walked from behind the counter and ESCORTED me out of the building RUDELY and ABRUPTLY saying "NO ONE CAN COME INSIDE, GO AROUND TO THE DRIVE THRU". Her tone was very DISMISSIVE as she RUSHED ME OUT. I felt very disrespected and knew she could've expressed this in a different way. I went around to the drive thru just to get her name and supervisors information to complain about her rude poor customer service. One of the employees shooshed me like a child as I was explaining the situation to her and requesting the supervisor/owners contact information. This employees condescending behavior was uncalled for as well. I asked to speak with the manager directly and was greeted by the same rude person named Ariseli, who rushed me out 10 minutes prior.
I expressed to Ariseli that I had no idea customers weren't allowed inside access and the door should've been locked to avoid confusion for customers. I expressed to Ariseli that I did not deserve her rude treatment. She instructed her other employees to speak with me instead of dealing with me directly. She again was very snappy as she explained to me that customers weren't allowed inside and she was sorry that the door was left open, leading me to believe that is was ok to come inside. I asked for her supervisors name and number again, she said NO and she was too busy to address this issue. I told her I would wait and she said she would call the cops. I called Dunken Donuts Cooperate, the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission to file a complaint. All of this should've been handled differently with the customer being dealt with accordingly, not the manager being combative and threatening to call the authorities. I remained respectful through out the entire process as Ariseli continued to be rude. Dunken Donuts, if this is how you deal with your customers, I see this place being shut down very quickly.

Read moreThese people ruined my afternoon. Everyday on the way to work or while I’m at work I order from this Dunkin’ Donuts up the street via DoorDash, this morning I placed my usual order on the way to work so that I could just pick it up and have time to eat before I clocked in. I get there and they tell me that they have not revived and order with my name on it. Okay cool, I proceed to show them the receipt and the app where it’s clear as day asking me if I’ve picked up my order or not. Even after showing them that and getting customer service on a chat and showing them the messages where it said the merchant received my payment. I’m looking at 14 dollars missing from my bank account from ordering this meal. I’m not sure if they were trying to accuse me of lying to them trying to steal food or what, but these ladies straight up refused to give me my order and tried to argue with me about showing them regular text messages when they told me to contact door dash support and IM SHOWING THEM WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SAYING IN YHE CHAT. I’m not trying to be THAT person but on this side of town in particular in ATL I already experience enough racial profiling and I could not help but to feel like that’s what that was. They refused to let me speak with a manager, I was not being anywhere near rude to these ladies as they were rude to me and this is not the first time I’ve had an issue with their attitudes either. It’s never been to the extent of where it really bothered me I understand people are tired at work. But if I’m showing you my receipts AND customer service saying that the merchant approved and accepted my order, why give me a hard time about fulfilling that? Again I order from this particular Dunkin’ Donuts all the time it’s up the street from my job I’ve never had issues with my orders not going through. This whole ordeal caused me to be...
