The MOST APATHETIC customer service ever
They turned me away for a fingerprinting service because I have naturally sweaty hands. They clearly hate their jobs... The only ones who lose out on this are the customers who have to deal with their lazy attitude. The lady actually walked away from me without even explaining carefully what's going on.
Don't waste your time here.
Two ladies on morning of 6/5: even if you are not enthusiastic about your jobs, learn to go beyond the bare minimum. It's not enough to do just the expected. You will run into challenges but that means you just need to put in that 1% more to make it a great experience for everyone. Learn to make the customer's needs your own, and take responsibility.
Update 6/6: I went to UPS at Ashford Dunwoody for the same exact fingerprinting appointment. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The technician was patient despite the sweaty hands and was determined to make it work. We actually got it all done within just 2 mins! This is how you work with a customer. You own up to the customer's needs and make it happen....

I went to use a return label provided by a company which i had printed and was told it would be $37 to ship the package. I mentioned that i thought it was a prepaid label and she said it wasn't.... later clarified with the company that it was a prepaid label and that I should not have paid.
Also in spite of it being in an unmarked sealed box that the item fit in perfectly the employee asked "do you mind if i repack this" i thought she was just doing it as a complimentary service so I said yes. I was charged 4 dollars for that as well.
So i paid $41 for nothing.
Moral of the story is this store encourages their employees to upsell and upcharge you. I wouldnt trust a word they say and will not return here.
Edit: For the absence of doubt, i went and checked the label that i gave to her which had a tracking number on it the receipt she gave me has a completely different tracking number. You cant make...
Read moreThe access and parking at this location is difficult and limited - 3 spots out front and most other parking assigned. I had three large boxes to ship today. One lady pulled into a different store front parking spot and ran inside in front of me. Then there was a lady wrapping presents and writing her card while everyone else waited in line. I suggested to the manager that she should have the employees instruct customers that are not ready to step aside. She said, "we try to give all our customers the attention they deserve, there wasn't a line when she started. I do not understand the problem here." Hmm, There was a growing line and people holding bulky packages. This experience actually made me miss the rude postal service representatives. They would never tolerate that kind of foolishness.
