Mo's Pizza — Restaurant in Brookhaven

If you're going to pay someone to greet and service your guests, please don't hire one with a complex. Failing to greet someone, watching TV with other guests and deciding for someone else when you'll take their order once they're off their phone are, in my opinion, unacceptable. People come to your establishment for either a dine-in service or quick to-go. Furthermore, it makes no sense to round off that it will take 15 minutes to make 3 simple slices of pizza when you're not even busy. That's 5 minutes per slice, really? No, it doesn't take that long to prepare and bake pizza. But it's enough time of mine wasted when I come back inside 7 minutes after ordering and my pizza is already ready.

Finally, get a system down on your pizza. Your pizza is the equivalent of Little Caesars (poor). No flavor, poor quality cheese, sub par crust. I've had jumbo slices both in DC & New York which tasted better than my order today. I've had charred-style wood oven DEEP-DISH pizza. There is no reason your crust should be burnt. It is not charred, it is burnt. I figured I'd give your establishment a chance because I did not want to fight traffic and go to Fellini's... I'll know better next time I have a...

It's my first and last time here. Upon entering, I looked at the menu and asked several questions regarding the items on the menu. The short girl at the register rudely said all the items were on the board. I didn't see a board when entering the establishment. She could have simply answered my question instead of being harsh and rude about it. I'm a Buffalo chicken pizza type of a person. So I ordered a pie because they wouldn't sell slices. Pizza got boxed up, and I opened it, I felt very disappointed. The pizza was completely white with just one to two drizzle of Buffalo sauce, and the chicken was completely white. I asked her if this was a Buffalo chicken pizza, and she stayed yes. I took the pizza home and had it for dinner. I'm from NY, and i know good pizza. This so-called Buffalo pizza was the most disgusting and horrible pizza I ever had. There were so many onions on the bottom between the cheese (I don't eat onions). The chicken had absolutely no taste. Overall, the pizza was HORRIBLE. Will never support this local business again. I worked at CHOA and always saw this place and decided to give it a try....wish...

I ordered a veggie burger for take out and sat there waiting for more than 30 minutes, but my veg burger was still not ready yet. The cashier/waitress kept telling me “your food is about ready, your food is about ready.” So, I continued to wait. Another 15 minutes had passed but my order is still not ready yet. She came out and said the same thing “I just yelled at them twice, your food should be ready soon.” I was like I only have 30 minutes to eat, but I have waited here for a good 45 minutes and the problem is my food is still NOT ready yet. How long does it take to make a veggie burger? I didn’t order anything fancy at all. If you have to yell at your cooks to make a burger that I ordered 45 minutes ago, I ain’t going to eat it even if you give it to me for free . This tells that something is gravely wrong in your kitchen.
