Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Brookhaven

Angie was by far the rudest person I’ve ever met. As soon as I walked in and asked if they had bowls mind you she cut me off and slapped the bowl on the counter before I could even finish I explained to her that I was talking about the fried bowls.. she continued to have a attitude and said she had a couple left and looked over in the corner as if I was supposed to know that.. this is my first time at this location but the way. She proceeded to make my order with an attitude. Huffing and puffing poor body language. I asked if I can have white rice she then says what’s your meat.. I told her chicken, I asked for light blacked beans she proceeded to put extra black beans on my order.. I then explained to her that she has a very bad attitude and I’ve taken 3 deep breath’s to refrain from getting frustrated she then proceeded to say well I am to. I said you are at work and you have HORRIBLE customer service. She then stormed off saying I don’t have time for this I’m going to get Brenda.. let’s just say this will be my first and last time at this...

crazy , I never thought I’d be leaving a one star review for Moe’s at this location since I’ve been coming here for years . I’ve never had an issue when ordering here until recently . I ordered a bowl to dine in and while being served I kept getting topping that I didn’t ask for , okay cool didn’t care too much I was hungry . I got a bowl to go after made exactly how I wanted it and I asked for a chipotle ranch and green salsa and was told I couldn’t take the green salsa because it was only for online orders . What sense does it make if it’s for an online order which is TO-GO. I asked for the manager because it was something so simple . She responded with the same thing . If this is what the service has come down to then I don’t want to come to this location . The male infront of me in line got everything he asked for and more .....

I went in and no one said welcome. That has never happened before but ok. They saw me standing at the end of the line and still didn't acknowledge my presence. Finally, they said welcome. I ordered the burrito bowl with no beans. The rice looked like it had been sitting there for 5+ hours. The guy scooped it in the bowl and I said, " that rice looks crunchy" and he said, "yeah it does". He then begins to stick his fingers in and pull out the burnt looking crunchy pieces and scoops more rice in the bowl. I said to him " how long has this rice been sitting out?" He said "for a while and we ran out of the other rice." I then said, " never mind, I'm not eating here." I just politely walked out and said, "Chipotle...
