Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brooklawn

This goes to the half bald white dude who does overnight shifts. When me and my girlfriend first came through the drive-thru around 3:30 4/10/17, we never received a greeting , when we ordered ,he stayed quiet and didn't even repeat the order, we had to ask him to repeat it ; all he said was "I got everything you ordered". First of all that's very unprofessional , If I WAS driving, his night would've been worse then it already was, because I don't tolerate rudeness in the work place! We will never come to that Dunkin again because once we drove up to the window , he gave us our food and didn't even tell us to have a good night , he just walked away. We even knocked on the window because we wanted our receipt , he ignored us , even when we honked our horn he ignored us. We waited at the window for more the 5 minutes and all we got was a smile while we were ignored ! I'm going to contact the manager and the corporate office because that is ridiculous and the worse experience I've ever had at dunkin. First of all Im typically not a fan of any DD. In the past I've had far more negative DD experiences then positive ones. My recent experience at the Brooklawn location was unlike any other DD visit I've ever had. The young women at the counter was a delight. She made my day when I wasn't having a great one. They're one of the few locations that still allow you to sit and enjoy your coffee at a table inside. (since the beginning of covid most locations don't allow dining in or the use of restrooms. and its been a couple years since restrictions began.) Due to nasty weather and not much else to do I sat and enjoyed my coffee while using my laptop far longer then I typically would've. Although I only ordered a small coffee the employees didn't rush me to finish or make me feel unwelcome in the slightest. Quite the opposite! Staff was extremely rude. There was a miscommunication with my order and the women was yelling at me that I was wrong. I told her that’s not what I ordered and showed her a picture. She continued to yell at me. Two other employees came over because she was causing such a commotion. I said I just didn’t want it and was going to leave but she was telling me I needed to pay for something I did not order.
