Already a manager’s change. The experience I had there was most everytime I go in for coffee, the cold creamer dispenser machine is empty. All the employees just look at me wondering who is going to refill the dispenser. The woman who is now in charge from what I gather pointed out my vehicle one day as I came into the store to a Brooklyn Center’s Community Service Officer that I had parked in a handicap parking spot in front of the store. I had a handicap sign but yet she made a big deal about this. The Community Service Officer followed me out after I purchased some items and asked me if that was my vehicle and I told him yes. He said I could not park in the space I parked in. I went on my way not knowing that Phil the manager was no longer working there. I was going to call him and express my concern to him about what this employee had done. Knowing what I know now it wasn’t going to go no where. This new manager or employee now parks her vehicle right in front of the store every time she is on duty when I know for a fact that all employees are to park in the back of the store as I have heard Phil tell employees that they are suppose to park in the back when they are on duty. If this convenient store wasn’t so close to my residence I would not do my business there anymore. As I travel alot I do alot of business in the Casey’s Convenient Stores and after this episode at this specific location i will no longer visit their stores.
To date I have not heard anything from the corporate headquarters in Iowa. I suppose they don’t care anyways. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
Again, after not patronizing this establishment in two years now, I went back there to c if the store has changed in anyway and it’s the same, but feel it’s gotten worse. Food not prepared for the opening rush, bakery items in the case was empty, coolers empty, fountain soda is more carbonated then syrup, cashiers have tattoos all over their faces and arms. Apparently, the upper management doesn’t care about this location cuz nothing has gotten better. I feel more could be done to improve the image of Casey’s Convenience Stores. I think the store needs to be reset to reflect the Casey’s way of doing things. Bring in a strong management team, clean things up, hire better employees that really want to work otherwise, i don’t think this location will last...
Read moreNot sure who does the hiring at this particular location but whoever hires the closing shift crew ought to be fired along with the whole closing crew. Staff during the closing shift are extremely rude, very unprofessional, lazy, sloppy and lack any sort of professionalism that comes with a job such as theirs. They were what I thought to be 2 men and a teenage girl with a crusty bull style piercing in her nose.. It was around 7 pm on a Sunday. One short Mexican man on the cash register stuffing his\her face with a slice a pizza r and another tall African American teenage boy in the kitchen with the crusty piercing teenage girl in the kitchen as well. They were all clueless as to where anything was located in the store when asked, they all have no clue to what good customer service is suppose to be. All 3 of them on their phones asI walked in. The bull piercing girl had major attitude and needed her hair in a net or something cus it was a mess working in a kitchen she should have it combed at least. Mexican man at register sloppy lazy and talked with a mouth full of pizza making it awkward to keep asking how much did you say it was again 5-7 times before they finally swallowed the mouth full of pizza. THEY NEED TO FIRE THE MEXICAN MAN AND THE TEENAGE BULL PIERCING GIRL. THE OTHER YOUNG MAN WAS THE ONLY ONE TO ACTUALLY COMPREHEND THAT HE WAS AT A JOB...
Read moreWhat a Terrible attitude from the manager at the store, I forgot my card on saturday, i callled the store looking for the card and they advised me they have it and i should come on monday to get the card, i went in on minday, but the manager had left, i returned today, the manager came out looked very briefly for the card, then mentioned they dont have card, i told her someone confirmed the card is at the store, she started going off on me with a attitude, giving me a lecture,she said i need to provide the name of the person who called me, just talking me down.A nice little girl came from the back and said the card is there and asked the manager for the keys to look for it, Boom she finds the card in the office somewhere, i could over hear the manager tell another stuff she is going thru too much. She shouldnt take her personal problems on people. I told the little girl thank you and should tell the manager maybe take time off to heal or remember people have persona problems and taking it on others is not the way. I highly commend the little girl.
