Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Brooklyn Park

I usually have decent service at this location and typically come just for their redbull infusions. They now come blended so I figured I would try it. I got it and it was super super thick as far as the liquid. Come to find out it has gelatin in it. The problem with this is that it is not listed anywhere that they added gelatin. So for people that can't have it, they would never know until they buy it and come back to ask why its so thick. I came back and asked to have it re-made just to the regular one (non blended) and was told since they made it correctly I would have to just buy another. Which I did & as well handed the barista a full (Large) drink that I could not drink. Very disappointed in this. I know not everyone will like all the drinks on the menu.... but when you significantly change the drink It would be nice for those changed to be listed on the menu so people can make a decision on if they can or can't have it. They have not lost me as a customer, but I won't be going as much as I did before. Which is sad. All in all unless you can have gelatin and or like a thicker drink I would not recommend the blended red...

Never had that big of an issue with this scooters. This is not my first time ordering from them so I know their menu pretty well. On 06.17.2025 I ordered 4 drinks from them. Pulling up to the window they made me repeat my order, which I was fine with. However, as my order came out, I got the wrong drinks. I ordered 2 red bull infusions (blue raspberry and prickly pear), a mango smoothie, and a vanilla matcha latte. Not only did they take 8+ minutes on my order, they added the wrong syrups to my red bulls, my smoothie was still filled with ice cubes, and the matcha latte was filled with so much syrup it was straight up sugar. I even asked if they made it with the correct syrups, and they denied my statement and said they made the right drinks. As someone that buys their drinks here and there, it sucks knowing they didn't own up to a mistake.

Please work on making correct and decent drinks. Spending $30 on drinks that were rushed and inaccurate is very displeasing. If you want accurate drinks from this scooters, you'll have to be extra strict with what you ask for or else they...

I've never tried Scooters before today, so I decided to give it a try. I got my wife a Chai tea with skim milk and she thought it had a bit more nutmeg than the big chain coffee shops. I tasted it too, and we both agreed that it was pretty good. Since I already had a pot of coffee at home, I decided on the Mango Smoothie. Not too sweet and a good flavor. I just wish it was blended a bit more as there were large chunks of ice at the bottom.

The last thing I ordered was a spicy sausage breakfast burrito. The first thing that I noticed was how tiny this thing was. Opening it up, it was clear that this was in a freezer 3 minutes ago and then spent a couple of minutes in the microwave. It was soggy, bland, and I only saw a few tiny pieces of sausage in it. Within a mile of this place, there's a mexican chain that will build you a much fresher, tastier and larger breakfast burrito for about half the price.

Will I visit Scooters again? Probably, but I'll steer clear of the food selections and I'd advise others to...
