I bought a sectional from him last week. Payed about 2 grand for it. Had it less then. 5 hours and already had two completely ripped pillows from the seams. I sent pictures and asked him to exchange my couch or at the very least to refund the cost of the pillows. He said unfortunately the couch was in perfect condition when it was delivered. A couch should not rip from a few hours of use. He is refusing to refund me any of my money. I also payed for delivery/setup.
