Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Brookside

Im not even rating the food service or atmosphere i have one thing to say. Get that big African American guy out of there. He is horrible. Slow, unaware, i mean they would do better without him. I ordered online and got my 5 orders of pizza puffs 1 hour later. I went into the store told the guy my name he asked was my order back there no one answered and they walked up with someone else order he left me went over to the portal and put that in there as slow as he could! Walked backed over and stood there. I had to ask what was he doing about my order, he gets loud and says he asked and i heard no one say anything im like you didnt even lool in the warmer he responds im one person one order at a time i cant make the order appear (???) im like you did not look in the warmer then anotner guy walks up and hands me my order just like that. So the guy who walked up and handed me my order WHICH WAS IN THE WARMER says who is next he respondS i have no idea. Like good heavens smh! I am totally and completely done with little caesars 2 locations one in Wilmington and one in new castle already shut down and i wonder why. The bear location has been there for so long but its the people its the people that are hired its just like are we kids playing store???? Get real . DONE WITH THE WHOLE CHAIN. There are franchised no one cares after covid when you complain so...

I am so disappointed after spending so much at this Little Caesar's! The bread sticks were dry with no flavor. The stuffed pepperoni & cheese (was supposed to be in the crust) was not the pizza I ordered because there was no pepperoni in the crust at all. The pizza was not cooked enough either. Bottom was still all white. And then the Large Detroit style deep dish was the absolute worst!!! Now to look at it everything seemed ok. Then bite into it and a chemical like taste first. Took a second bite to make sure. Yup it was. Plus to make me sick to my stomach right there under the toppings and sauce the dough was still so uncooked i could ball the sticky stuff between my fingers. Then try to call the store. Either u get a # disconnected or a fax noise! So I unfortunately live too far away to have returned this mess!! It was picked up on way home. And since you can't reach a live PERSON at the store....Good Luck!!!! My family threw what we had on out plates away. Maybe the oven is not set right! I do not care either way! I would have felt better just getting frozen pizza and cooking it myself! Would have been much cheaper and NOT A HEALTH HAZARD! SOMEONE NEEDS TO CHECK THIS...

The Italian breadsticks are decent but the marinara sauce is absolutely disgustingly horrible, They leave the sauces pre-prepped next to the corner counter where theirs sun light hitting on it but the sauce is still cold & tasted expired, I stopped dipping it on the sauce after the 2nd dip (Felt like I almost got food poisoning btw & my immune system is generally strong), The cheap pricing & poor lack of quality in flavor explains everything marinara sauce should NOT be cold & out in the open for sun light to hit it taking my business back to Pizza Hut they make better breadsticks. Whoever the General Manager or Franchise owner is of this business location definitely reads the reviews however refuses to serve customers clean fresh food & gives them weeks to months expired old produce to save costs this location doesn’t care about their customers & looking at the reviews myself the constant manager changes also a red flag 🚩 says it all, If you don’t care as a manager or franchise business owner of what things you sell & feed to your customers then you’re likely to mess with the wrong person one day & get multiple lawsuits & charges for food...
