Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brooksville

They loose addresses they are incompetent. I have ordered from them before and they lost my address for delivery.

I ordered once a week for a year and had no problems. But now the last 2 times I have tried to order I have been told that my address and name aren't under my phone number. Really then why do I get a phone call saying my pizza is being delivered and the driver will be here in less than 20 minutes. Even though I haven't ordered anything. That's strange to me. This needs to fixed because they lost my business unless they can prove to me that they corrected this situation.

I got a call from Corporate and was told I had a $20 credit under my phone number. I tried calling today 10-16-19 to use my credit and was told I had no credit. So wait who is lying? Because I was told I had a credit, but the local store says that I don't.

Doesn't make sense to me.

Placed an order a few weeks ago for delivery due to having car issues. Our order didn't leave the store for 2 hours after it was ready. Needless to say I had called the store before the order had left and voiced my concern. I was told they could remake the order but then it may be a couple more hours. The order was obviously cold when received but I waited until the next day to call back. The manager I spoke with said my order should have never gone out that late and said she would put a credit on our account for the full order. A week later we placed an order which was smaller and used what we thought was part of our credit leaving a balance. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way, if you have say a $30 credit and only use $12 you now have a ZERO credit. It was stated to me this way by the manager Ed this evening. I went to Dominos to order pizza. I get to the door and see a sign saying to call to order. I stand in front of the door so I can see the phone number and start calling. I start to move away from door when I see an employee coming to the door. I stop to see what he was going to say, and he opens the door and says sternly "wait behind the table please". It said it like I annoyed him for not being behind the table. It was very insulting. I didn't even notice the table that they had set out on the side walk. And I didn't need to wait behind the table because I hadn't even ordered. I said "the heck with it" "I wasn't even near your door" not to mention I had a mask on just for there protection.
